Magical Place on Kona Coast!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, large lanai for spectacular sunsets, multi split ac with individual remotes, off Ali’i road but quiet inside, comfortable beds, loft bedroom has multiple beds and half bath but stairs are a bit tricky. Enjoyed Olympics on curved large screen TV with surround sound. Furniture could use updating as well as the kitchen cooktop/range. Stayed a month, sad to leave!

Great location

The condo could use an upgrade of bathrooms. It was VERY surprising that there was no actual bathroom door on the ensuite. That was frankly quite weird. The location is great and we loved the quiet.

Family trip to the big island

Great place. We had 7 people and it fit all of us comfortably with space to spare. Great view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Close to a grocery store and Koma. Thier beach recomendations from the welcome note were perfect and we were close to the pool too. My kid loved the little lizzards that scurried around outside.

Amazing ocean views and location

We enjoyed all the thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the property owners. The condo is easily accessed and close to shopping and golf. The property and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Many afternoons were spent on the very large lanai watching whales! Don't miss out on this incredible condo!!!

Clean & Comfortable Kona Condo

We were thrilled to be able to stay at this lovely condo in Keahou, just south of Kona. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of linens including beach towels, and other amenities like beach toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Our kids enjoyed time at the pool, and we spent several evenings and most mornings sitting out on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a clear view of the ocean. The property management company is friendly and communicative. We had such a good time and would love to come back on our next visit to the Big Island.

We had 7 people staying here. The place was very clean and organized. The beds were really comfortable. The view from our deck was beautiful. There's a really nice golf course. You can watch people play while you're relaxing or cooking with the grill on the deck. The pools and hot tubs are really clean and relaxing. It's at a great location where there's a lot to do around the area like restaurants, beaches, and shopping. My wife accidentally left her winter coat behind. The owner messaged us and asked if we wanted it shipped to us. That means a lot because most owners from rentals don't message you and get rid of it instead. I highly recommend this rental property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being located on the golf course with a full view of the ocean made this a perfect stay. Spacious, welcoming and felt like a visiting at a special relatives. Having real beds for everyone was a plus. Amenities met our needs and more. Pool was never busy and nice in the evening. Kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, or dish you could need. Stove was a challenge but my daughter figured that out. Decore is subdued and very relaxing after busy days touring. It was so perfect for our group. It is located close to everything you need and main roads. Neighbors were friendly too pointing out the library of sorts near the post boxes. It was perfect and we are so glad to have been able to rent this condo, which met every need we had and more. I strongly recommend renting from Knutson & Associates. They were there for any silly question I had from the initial enquiry right up to the final check out. For a small family group of any age, or a bunch of friends this condo could be your perfect choice. We were not disappointed. We did miss the gas grill as it had been removed since the photo was taken. There is a BBQ at the large pool and lots of tables with umbrellas. Although it is located close to a main road it was very quiet and peaceful. Parking is also conveniently located and they have 2 parking stalls for those multiple guests needs. If you are looking for a good, clean, well planned and equipt condo this is the one for you! We have memories that will be in our hearts for many years to come. Thank you Knutson & Associates this one is a treasure.
