About the property:
The house is located in the central part of Rapid City providing easy access to The Monument event center and the Rapid City Executive Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.

What guests love about our listing:

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located in the basement. We do have egress windows throughout the basement and full height ceilings so it doesn't feel cramped at all.
➥The basement tends to vary from the main level in temperature. We only have one thermostat for the whole house.
➥We have a sump pump in the basement that occasionally makes some noise. We provide a portable fan in each bedroom if you like background noise while you sleep.

Our home sleeps ten guests with one king bed and four queen beds.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets, a light comforter, and a blanket.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.

Other details to note:
- We are dog friendly (limit of 2) but please keep them on the main level. Dogs are not allowed in the lower level of the home. We have a gate at the top of steps to assist with keeping them upstairs. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We do not allow any other type of pets.

- Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.

- Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.

- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. 

- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.

- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
