Enter this perfectly appointed apartment to the open living room, dining room and adjacent kitchen. All furnishings are new, fresh and updated. Dining room comfortably seats 6. The kitchen offers plenty of place settings and all the kitchen conveniences to make your stay feel like home. After a full day at the pool or playing in the Gulf sink into the living room seating area. For extra guests the sofa also transforms into a comfy queen sleeper sofa.



There are two spacious bedrooms both with king size upgraded mattresses sure to have you rest and restore during your Beach Hideaway. These rooms offer plenty of closet and dresser space so you can settle right in.



If that isn't enough there is a spacious newly renovated full bath with walk-in shower and an in unit laundry room.



Just three steps outside the apartment door is glorious pool area. You will find plenty of seating both lounger style as well as table, chairs and umbrellas for your comfort. The heated pool assures your year-round swimming comfort.



*Bonus: This property has a propane grill on-sight for guests to use.

Getting Around:

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic



Other Things to Note:

Guests will have two tandem parking spots. No street parking

No parties only registered guests allowed on premises

Booking guest must be 25 years old minimum

Booking guest must be present at check-in
