The Space:
The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer.

Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances. Pool access is restricted to this property only.

***Hurricane Ian Disclosure***

On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

***September 3rd-October 15th the pool will be under construction and not be available to guests. There will be work during the day M-F and it will be noisy***

Guest Access:
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire second level of this home, as it is partitioned as two living spaces and this listing is for the upper level living space only. Please note that the living spaces have completely separate entrances and are in no way connected on the interior.

Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
