Our host was great, very available and very personable. He responded quickly to the few minor issues we had during our month's stay. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and quickly felt like home. We cooked almost all our meals there, and had everything we needed. The house is within walking distance of almost everything. We enjoyed ourselves greatly and it was hard to leave.

Cleverly designed home, lovely walk to downtown. The decor was playful and imaginative. What we loved most was the abundant placement of hooks for jackets, purses, toiletry bags, etc. That never happens. The kitchen was an especially lovely surprise. The landscaping was nothing short of magical with great use of space. The casita was nestled in a lovely established neighborhood of Victorian homes and warm neighbors. Can't imagine staying anywhere else now. Perfect in every way!

Delightful!

We so enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s Craftsman/Mexican bungalow. It’s been lovingly restored with touches of colorful tile, hand painted flora, and stained glass. We especially loved opening the front door and listening to the bubbling fountain in the little pond. And, the location couldn’t be beat. Only suggestion would be to provide a hairdryer. Most VRBO’s do, but my bad for not noticing that it wasn’t listed in the amenities.

My best friend and I had a girls trip to Prescott to have some fun and escape the Phoenix heat and from the moment I saw the property I knew this would be the place we called home for the next few days, and like home it was! The property was amazing, it had all the comforts of home with a whimsical flair that we didn’t know we were looking for, it’s absolutely beautiful! There are 3 different units on the property we stayed in unit 2, with 2 nice sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds, nice large closets, ceiling fans in each room and an air conditioner unit in the master bedroom. The kitchen was equipped all major appliances, it was decorated beautifully. The living room had comfortable furniture, an air conditioner, and a smart TV. The bathroom is a decent size and the only complaint I have is that the tub was really high which made it difficult to get into being that my friend and I are both handicapable as I like to say, which made it very difficult for me to get into and impossible for my friend to get into so just be aware of that but if you are able bodied you won’t have an issue! The location was perfect, nice quiet neighborhood and only blocks away from Whiskey Row. The host was a friendly and accommodating young man who recently acquired the property from its previous owners. He is doing a great job living up to the 5 star reviews that the property received from its original owners. We will definitely be back and will try to stay here every time we come to Prescott!
