The Silver Bullet is usually reserved for the owners’ personal use, for select friends and creative professionals or honeymooners visiting or performing in London. On occasion, it has evoked a feeling of travelling through space and time.
Ideal for eccentric, responsible guests who appreciate something truly different. Located next to a busy shopping centre and about a mile from Alexandra Palace, with all the comforts and autonomy of a boutique abode. Suits couples and single guests. Optimised acoustics and sound insulation in and out.
This calendar is infrequently updated and we are particular about our guests. Kindly get in touch before requesting to book - Guests will have the place to themselves, with exceptional privacy on site. Perfect for creative professionals who appreciate the unique character and subtleties of this quirky, one-of-a-kind stay. Self checking available to returning guests.
You will be greeted in person and introduced to the amenities and features, receive your code and a fob key for access.
The roof terrace is off limits, unless agreed otherwise - access is via a ladder and strictly at your own risk. Arrangements for the roof-top BBQ must be made and agreed in advance. Noise levels must be kept low on the roof, as a courtesy to our neighbours.
Guests are greeted in person and introduced to the particularities of the space. Someone will always be reachable for assistance throughout your stay. Regular cleaning is provided daily (or on a convenient schedule, to be confirmed in advance). Please feel free to get in touch with any special requests regarding transport, concierge services, catering arrangements, or anything else. We will do our best, within reason, to accommodate and to make your experience as special as possible. Questions? - Please ask!

We always require a gap between bookings. This is partly because the site is deep-cleaned and the hot tub is freshly refilled for each stay, a process that takes a few hours and approximately 24 hours to reach an optimal water temperature.
The Silver Bullet is within walking distance of Alexandra Palace and immediately adjacent to North London’s busiest shopping centre. With excellent public transport connections and everything a guest may need just around the corner, including a 24/7 gym.

We are easy going and flexible, but only accommodate mindful guests who respect the intimate compact environment as well as the rules below:
No candles, open flames or smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes - unless agreed in advance in a designated spot.

Keep the compact area clean and uncluttered.
No gatherings or visits from additional guests without written approval.
