Other Things to Note:

-the bathroom has a double bathtub with a holding shower and isn't designed to stand up. No jacuzzi



-please be mindful of my neighbours. There is a lovely quiet family living on the 2nd floor. However, when the kids come back from school they can run around the house for a couple of hours. But it does get quiet in the evening



-1st floor flat with no lift- we strongly recommend travelling light.



-please note there is a school behind the building and can get noisy in the bedroom in the afternoon when they have breaks. However, if the door in the living room is closed you can easily work from there quietly
