Welcome your entire family to our spacious home, perfect for endless fun and relaxation. Our home features 3.5 bedrooms including a queen, one double bunk beds, one king, and a blow-up queen, comfortably accommodating up to 10. With two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a generous living space, there’s ample room. Enjoy the pool and private backyard, complete with a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining. Convenient parking and each room has an air conditioner.

POOL IS OPEN FOR 2025. We reserve the right to close the pool at any time due to safety or legal obligation.
Please read the following disclaimer carefully before using the pool:

1. **Use at Your Own Risk:** The pool is provided for your enjoyment, but its use is at your own risk. By using the pool, you agree to assume all risks associated with swimming and other activities.

2. **Supervision:** Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.

3. **No Lifeguard on Duty:** There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming alone is prohibited.

4. **No Diving:** Diving is strictly prohibited. The pool is not deep enough for diving and serious injury can occur.

5. **No Running:** Running and rough play in the pool area are prohibited to prevent accidents and injuries.

6. **No Glass:** Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area to avoid accidents and injuries.

7. **Alcohol and Drugs:** The use of alcohol or drugs before or during swimming is strongly discouraged and may impair judgment and swimming abilities.

8. **Health and Safety:** Guests with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, and respiratory issues, should refrain from using the pool without consulting a medical professional.

9. **Proper Attire:** Proper swim attire must be worn while using the pool. Street clothes, including jeans and cotton t-shirts, are not permitted.

10. **Emergency Procedures:** In case of emergency, contact 911 immediately and notify the host. Emergency contact information is provided in the house manual.

11. **Guest Responsibility:** Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using the pool. Any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the guest.

By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined herein. The host and property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur in connection with the use of the pool.

There are four outdoor cameras around the property for your safety and ours. These are used only for review of security problems that may arise.
1 at the front door.
1 at the garage overlooking the front yard and driveway.
1 at the rear of the home overlooking the grill and rear doors.
1 at the pool area over the entrance to the patio area.
Any and all surveillance data from your stay will be deleted after you check-out.
