We stayed a week for baseball. The house was very close to Dreams Park and was large enough to accommodate 5 families. The kids loved the pool. The pool house and outdoor seating areas were great. We also loved the grills/blackstone and additional kitchen space in the pool house.

Excellent property

This home is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as advertised in the listing. We stayed with a large group for a baseball tournament and loved every minute. We never felt cramped or short on space. The hosts are attentive, easy to get a hold of and lovely to work with. If this home comes up in your search-book it!

Family Cooperstown week!

My family and 4.others from our team stayed in this beautiful house during our son’s week at Cooperstown! The owners were very friendly, easy to get ahold of and helped right away if we needed it. Communication with them was the best! The house was perfect for all of us staying there! It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and great space for everyone to be comfortable! The pool was a HUGE hit because it’s SO hot there during the summer! We enjoyed the pool daily! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Great trip to Cooperstown this year. Been coming up annually for a baseball tournament for years and we finally found the best house to stay in. Had everything you need and the owners were great. Will book it every year from now on.

Amazing stay

The house was extremely clean and the owner was fabulous. Very easy to work with. This property has an amazing outdoor space! Our families loved the pool and fire pit. The ping pong table was a big hit!

This was a great home for our baseball families. We loved all the options for cooking out from the grills and blackstone, oven and stove and refrigerator in the pool house. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone! The boys and girls loved the heated swimming pool and ping pong table! Paul & Carin were wonderful with any questions or concerns we had ..quickly responded and help us with everything…great people! Don’t think twice about getting this wonderful home for your baseball families Play Ball!

Great team hangout spot

Host was super responsive and was quick to answer any questions our group had. Made for a pleasant and easy stay. Bedroom layout worked great providing enough privacy considering we had families with different sleep habits/schedules. Several of the parents were already talking about re-booking when their younger siblings are able to attend Cooperstown!

Cooperstown AllStar Park rental

This property is great but may be a stretch for AllStar Park. It would be absolutely perfect for Dreams.Everything it claims is true and it did not mis-represent the distance to All Star Park, the reality is that if you have a late game (likely) it is a long drive after a full day.Highly recommend for Dreams, just recommend for AllStar. Note i have no better suggestion for a close house that has all the amenities.

Best Experience!

If you are looking to rent a home while you are in Cooperstown this is a MUST! Not only was the property amazing but Linda and her staff were as well! Great location to the park and private enough to feel the right amount of privacy. Linda is by far the best owner I have ever worked with while renting a home for vacation. We also rented #4716099 Green Manor from her and every last person in our group was in absolute shock at how well everything went between the two rentals and how well Linda and her crew were. Linda thank you so much for allowing us to stay there and trust me when I tell you that I will be passing your information on to every team that comes that way from Bloomington, MN and anywhere else at that!

Perfect Cooperstown Team House

We just got back from week 9 at Dreams Park. This house offered the perfect location - less than 10 minutes from the park. We had coaches wives, siblings and team families stay in this house and there was plenty of space for all! The pool was a perfect respite for the siblings after games and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was HOT the week we were there. We hosted our team party at the house and everyone agreed that it was perfect! Paul and Carin were great hosts - responded immediately to any questions and even loaned us a socket wrench when we had some car trouble :) Would book this house again if I had a younger son going to Dreams Park!!

Great Multi-Family Rental close to Dreams Park

We had four families (mostly coaches’ wives, siblings, and grandparents) stay at this property for our amazing week at dreams park. We would definitely recommend this property to large groups - it’s close to dreams park to make for a quick commute; has a lot for siblings to do during down time (ping pong, basketball court, heated pool, basement entertainment room); and the best part was that we were able to host a fabulous team party that the boys and families loved! Not many rentals allow for team parties but this one did and it did not disappoint!! The pool house was perfect with kitchenette, bathroom, and lots of pool towels for our guests to use (and no one needed to run in and out of the main house during the party). The adults even got to hang out around the fire pit and relax at the end of the night. Communication with the owners was quick and they were easy to work with during our stay. Please consider renting his house for your stay if you attend an amazing week at Dreams Park; you will not be disappointed!

Amazing! Perfect House for Cooperstown!!

This house was amazing for our week at Cooperstown! The owners were so helpful and easy to work with and the house had everything that needed for our week! The layout of the house was perfect for our five families/couples. Everyone had their own space with plenty of room but it was also the perfect place for everyone to hang out. They allow team parties which was the highlight for our team so that we could all spend time together. The set up of the pool house, pool and fire pit made it so that the team could come over with their families and no one ever had to go inside. The pool house has a bathroom and full kitchen. The kids had the best time in the yard and on the basketball court. The pool was the highlight for the kids and even though we had a cold week, the pool was heated and the kids used it every day. Everything was clean and new. We could not have been more impressed with everything about this house. And, it was only 6 minutes from Dreams Park! This is the perfect house for your Cooperstown Rental!

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. We had three families rent the home so that we could see our boys played baseball. I do believe our girls who are were playing in the pool every day had as much fun as the boys. Paul and Linda were amazing and such a big help in terms of planning. The outdoor space was amazing and everyone had a comfortable. place. to sleep! I highly recommend this place to complete your Cooperstown experience.
