Great trip to Cooperstown this year. Been coming up annually for a baseball tournament for years and we finally found the best house to stay in. Had everything you need and the owners were great. Will book it every year from now on.

Perfect Cooperstown Team House

We just got back from week 9 at Dreams Park. This house offered the perfect location - less than 10 minutes from the park. We had coaches wives, siblings and team families stay in this house and there was plenty of space for all! The pool was a perfect respite for the siblings after games and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was HOT the week we were there. We hosted our team party at the house and everyone agreed that it was perfect! Paul and Carin were great hosts - responded immediately to any questions and even loaned us a socket wrench when we had some car trouble :) Would book this house again if I had a younger son going to Dreams Park!!

Great Multi-Family Rental close to Dreams Park

We had four families (mostly coaches’ wives, siblings, and grandparents) stay at this property for our amazing week at dreams park. We would definitely recommend this property to large groups - it’s close to dreams park to make for a quick commute; has a lot for siblings to do during down time (ping pong, basketball court, heated pool, basement entertainment room); and the best part was that we were able to host a fabulous team party that the boys and families loved! Not many rentals allow for team parties but this one did and it did not disappoint!! The pool house was perfect with kitchenette, bathroom, and lots of pool towels for our guests to use (and no one needed to run in and out of the main house during the party). The adults even got to hang out around the fire pit and relax at the end of the night. Communication with the owners was quick and they were easy to work with during our stay. Please consider renting his house for your stay if you attend an amazing week at Dreams Park; you will not be disappointed!

Great team hangout spot

Host was super responsive and was quick to answer any questions our group had. Made for a pleasant and easy stay. Bedroom layout worked great providing enough privacy considering we had families with different sleep habits/schedules. Several of the parents were already talking about re-booking when their younger siblings are able to attend Cooperstown!

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. We had three families rent the home so that we could see our boys played baseball. I do believe our girls who are were playing in the pool every day had as much fun as the boys. Paul and Linda were amazing and such a big help in terms of planning. The outdoor space was amazing and everyone had a comfortable. place. to sleep! I highly recommend this place to complete your Cooperstown experience.

PERFECT home for baseball families!

Congratulations - if you are on this page then you have found the BEST house in Cooperstown! This property is absolutely fantastic and is perfect to accommodate multiple families who are looking to stay together near Cooperstown and Dreams Park. The owners, Linda and Paul, could not have been more helpful to us from the time that we booked in October through the entirety of our stay. The house, pool, firepit, basketball court, games, wifi, etc. are all completely set up for your enjoyment. And with the house being less than 10 minutes from Dreams Park and from downtown Cooperstown, we were able to easily go back and forth between games to enjoy all it had to offer. Linda greeted us upon arrival to show us around and stayed in communication throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We hosted our team party here with catering from Maskots and everybody was raving about how incredible it all worked out. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults were able to relax and chat by the pool without ever having to go inside. The owners have truly thought of everything to make this home enjoyable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cooperstown, then look no further. This is it!!

Great week in Cooperstown

A great property to rent. Lots of activities for the kids to do. Love the fire pit and ping pong table. The grills are amazing and make it easy to cook for a lot of people. Kitchen did not have some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, etc and hardly any hangers in the house. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

A Great Getaway!

Cooperstown is one of my favorite places to visit. This was a last minute get away due to having to change plans because of Hurricane Florance. From the 2 days before we arrived, Linda was great to work with! We were able to book without difficulty and she was more than accommodating. The house was great - we truly enjoyed our stay. Linda and Paul were great with any questions we had and were easily accessible for any concerns regarding the house. The house was homey and spacious. Everyone in our party was able to have their own space. It was only a few minutes from in town Cooperstown. I would definitely book with them in the future! Fantastic place wonderful owners!

This property is well kept clean inside and out!! The owners are fantastic & accommodating. We had a team party which went great plenty of room. And they even scheduled an extra garbage pickup after the party!!! I would recommend this property to anyone and i am a VBRO snob! Good shower pressure and the pool is heated to 82 degrees. I just can’t say enough. Wonderful experience.

Great place for multiple families

We loved staying at this house, there’s lots of things to do to keep kids/siblings occupied between games. It’s very close to Dreams Park so you can head back any time to make lunch or dinner. Amazing property and equally fabulous hosts!

My son has been playing baseball with the same group of families for about five years. The culmination of our fantastic tenure together ended with the participation in the 12U Cooperstown All-Star village baseball tournament this summer. Three of our families stayed together in this amazing property and everything was absolutely fantastic! Linda was an absolute outstanding host and was always available and eager to help make our vacation the best it could be! The property was available right on time and was in immaculate condition. Linda even asked us to text her before we got there so she could greet us at the property personally. With our families coming from so far away, there is always a level of anxiety when staying in someone else’s home, rather than a standard hotel. Linda was so gracious and has done such an incredible job anticipating all the basic needs that you might have being away from home (towels, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets, etc.) and adding extra touches that just make you feel comfortable (four pillows on the bed, starter set for washing clothes, soap bars in the bathrooms, welcome letter on the table, baseball decor galore).....especially after long, hot days at the ball field. When we mentioned we were hosting a team party, she made sure everything outside was neat and organized and ready before and after. A number of other properties we looked at had limitations on having a party, number of parties allowed, and number of people who could attend. Linda treated us like her family and trusted that we would take care of her home the way we would our own. She encouraged us to host a party or 2 and allow guests to enjoy all the property had to offer. We never worried or felt “watched” during our stay. The floor plan was perfect for our 3 families with plenty of room for sleeping, entertaining, eating, TV and fun time. There was also plenty of separate areas where you could have adults enjoying quality time together while the kids were playing close by. Everything we experienced was exactly as the profile explained and the pool, speaker system, outside kitchen and ping pong table were highlights for all. We had plenty of competition playing ping pong and even Dads vs. Kids in basketball. I’d like to pick up the whole property and move it out west. Lol. If you’re worried, don’t be. This is a winning property and Linda will be sure to make you so comfortable and at home, you may never want to leave! XO

Best Rental in Cooperstown!

I recently stayed at 'Lofty Hills' for a week with three other families while our sons played at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is perfectly set up for group rentals. It is spacious, immaculate, private, very comfortable; the owners have thought of everything you might need while renting (and they are available 24/7 for any questions you might have). The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The large kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is room for both indoor and outdoor dining. The house is also fantastic for team parties! The large parking area, pool, basketball court, ping-pong table, deck, two gas grills and fire pit are great for large groups. The location of the house is very convenient, close to downtown Cooperstown, Dreams Park and the grocery store. Everyone who stayed at Lofty Hills loved it, we all feel so lucky to have found this rental and met it's wonderful owners!

Best Experience!

If you are looking to rent a home while you are in Cooperstown this is a MUST! Not only was the property amazing but Linda and her staff were as well! Great location to the park and private enough to feel the right amount of privacy. Linda is by far the best owner I have ever worked with while renting a home for vacation. We also rented #4716099 Green Manor from her and every last person in our group was in absolute shock at how well everything went between the two rentals and how well Linda and her crew were. Linda thank you so much for allowing us to stay there and trust me when I tell you that I will be passing your information on to every team that comes that way from Bloomington, MN and anywhere else at that!

They thought of everything to make our Dreams Park week that much better!

From the moment we began our search, Linda was amazing. She answered questions quickly and genuinely. The pictures are awesome and accurate and the property was even better in person. It was about a 7-10 minute drive to the park. About 10-15 minutes to Cooperstown itself, and a few minutes from a grocery store. The property is private. The pool and pool house are amazing. The LED color changing lights in the pool at night were so fun for the kids to swim in, which was a must have for the siblings not playing in the tournament. The property was super clean and well appointed. We split the house 5 ways as we had 3 coaches wives with a sibling each and then two other families. This made it fun and cost comparative to other properties that have less amenities. We hosted the team party with catering from Maskots and it was awesome, easy and convenient for everyone and there was so much to do and lots of room outside! I would go back in a heartbeat. I wish Linda and her husband the best in the future because their dream of creating an experience for baseball families made our week perfect!

Fabulous!

Everything you could ask for in a home away from home situation. There is something for every age group. Swimming, ping pong, basketball court and enough yard space for wiffle ball for the kids (and the adults too ). A deck out back away from action to be outside and relax. A fire pit to gather around and make s’mores. Plenty of space to feed the team if you have team party. Grills and a stove in the pool house. You can get it done. Close to Cooperstown. Close to Dreams Park and about 30 min from All Star Village. Two grocery stores within 10 to 15 min. Limited fast food but there are burgers and pizza. Enough restaurants to have options. You can also run to Oneonta for much more options both local and chain. Also it’s the closest Walmart. But most important, the owners. Linda treated us like we wanted to be treated. Happy, kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Perfect house to share with a family

This is house was perfect and would totally recommend to my friends. They are very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The pool with the pool house was perfect to have the team over to swim. With a bathroom in the pool house you don't have worry about anyone coming through the main house. The outdoor speakers to listen to music was an awesome feature. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Wish we were coming again to play so we could rent this house out again.

A fire pit to gather around, Share stories over a roaring fire, a large deck attached to the home with a BBQ grill area with seating for all. Ping Pong anyone?? Play that playoff championship game on the ping pong table in the pool house. A 16' x 32' Mineral based heated pool with lounge seating all around for your enjoyment or sit under the pavilion and watch the baseball games on the outdoor TV. If that was not enough send the kids to the yard to play basketball on the basketball court. There is something for everyone. You will not be disappointed.
