Clean, quiet, and comfortable spot for a getaway to Duluth. Great location within walking distance to popular downtown locations and Canal Park. Free parking space provided. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with all the essentials. Our family of four stayed comfortably for a weekend and would definitely consider staying again.

Within walking distance of so many restaurants and activities. Lovely apartment, well appointed. Considering it was in the city near a highway, we had no issues with noise. Well insulated.The unit is up stairs, so consider if you have physical issues.

We loved this place! So clean & convenient. It was so fun to stay at over the 4th, because we were able to see so many fireworks and were just a short walk from the big fireworks at Bayfront.

Great little apartment. Close to bike path. Was a little scared when we first arrived on the back street, it looks really dilapidated in the area so we were pleasantly surprised when we climbed the staircase and got in. Would book again!

Beautiful property located perfectly in Duluth. Near downtown theaters and shopping and within walking distance to canal Park. Property is very clean and very comfortable. All of the essentials are provided and the check in and check out process were clearly communicated. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend in Duluth and will definitely book again. It was an amazing stay at Shore View Haven! The location was great, close to attractions and restaurants while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The space was clean and very comfortable.. Good spot, lovely view. (Be advised that sitting out on the deck for the view is noisy because of the highway, although it didn't bother me at all when I had the doors closed.)

Awesome Accommodation for Grandma's Marathon Weekend

This property is a clean and updated property in the heart of downtown with easy access to the marathon course and all of the related festivities. Great communication and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cozy Place

This apartment was super cute, comfy and cozy. The location was not bad, right next to the water and close around to places where you don't need to drive to sight see/spend some time outdoors. For the price, it was super clean and I felt safe staying here alone (female) for almost an entire week! Will definitely look to book again on my next visit!
