Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire 2,100 sq. ft. home across all three levels, including all five bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, all bathrooms, the living areas with fireplace, the double car garage, in-suite laundry, and the private backyard with hot tub, BBQ, and putting green. Check-in is completely contactless via a secure keypad — your unique door code will be shared before arrival so you can come and go freely throughout your stay.

Damage Protection Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking. · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS · Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.
LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES ‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

Our stay was great! Incredibly comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked great with plenty of dishes. Very clean. Host was incredible at communicating and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Nice Home in a Great Part of the City
It was great stay. Can’t say enough about how great the host was with communication and trying to sort out any issues we had. As a warning the home is not equipped with central air which on near 30 degree days was less than ideal. The construction in the are made navigation & parking a bit of a chore but we would stay here again.

The house was just as described. Only things that I would like to provide feedback on for the host were regarding the cleaning or stocking of the accommodation before our arrival. There was a load of towels and bedding (including the tea towels for the kitchen) that had been left in the washing machine that smelled musty and we had to rewash and dry before we could wash any dishes. There was no bathroom garbage provided in the basement and there was no extra paper towels in the kitchen (we had to use the last of the roll up because the tea towels were not ready until after we finished the wash)

We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - 5 Separate Bedrooms - 3 with Queen sized beds and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix! - Our house features TWO 3 piece washrooms, one for the upstairs 3 bedrooms and one for the lower 2 Bedrooms plus a half bath on the main floor. - Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance. - Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad. - TONS of available street parking. - Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix. - The Westmount area is home to plenty of buzzworthy restaurants helmed by creative chefs serving farm-to-table fare.
Our house comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, a trundle style bed in the 3rd upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds. In the basement are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the second room with a bunk style bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. We also have a double sized sofa bed in the living room. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
