Attention golfers that would like to rent a lovely condo, in a beautiful gated golf community, with superb golf course views and canal views from the condo and screened porch! This tastefully furnished first floor condo offers a rear screened porch with great views of the golf course and canal, large eat-in kitchen w/new appliances, granite counters, main bedroom w/a new king bed, flat screen tv and private bathroom w/walk-in shower; full bathroom in the hallway w/a tub/shower, tile flooring in the living areas, freshly painted, laundry in the residence, a covered carport is included ! $475. golf transfer fee but not mandatory if you do not want to play golf. Heritage Bay is in North Naples, east of Rte 75 off Immokalee Rd. Enjoy Heritage Bay’s 27 championship golf course, clubhouse with new grille room, fitness center, full time social director, activities, pickleball, bocce,7 Har-tru tennis courts, new resort style pool, full restaurant with an outdoor service bar. Golf, amenities, clubhouse, water/sewer, electric, wifi, cable, internet are included. $6300 seasonal rate per mo November-May, and $3500 per mo June-October. 30 day minimum and need to submit the HOA application 30 days before arrival. We will email you the HOA application.
