To clarify, booking the night prior is the best way to ensure your condo is scheduled for an early arrival and ready when you are—especially helpful for families flying in early. Without that extra night, check-in is based on our standard cleaning and inspection schedule to make sure everything’s properly prepped for incoming guests. The keyless lock on the front door can be a bit tricky—it requires the deadbolt to be manually turned to lock when departing. We include those directions in your personalized digital guestbook, but we’ll take another look to make sure they’re as clear and easy to follow as possible. As for the dryer vent, we’ve notified the resort HOA and they’re actively addressing it. We’re also following up with our maintenance team regarding the fridge and ice maker to ensure it’s taken care of for future guests.
