Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the unit itself nice and were able to enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub during part of your stay, as well as the overall grounds. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Regarding early arrival and amenity access, building policies are set by the HOA and property management and are designed for security and guest turnover coordination. While we understand this can be frustrating after a long drive, access prior to check-in is not always permitted, and we encourage guests to plan accordingly based on the posted check-in guidelines. We also appreciate your comments on in-unit amenities such as TVs and bedding. Guest feedback like yours is valuable and will be shared with the property owner as we continually evaluate opportunities for updates and improvements. With respect to common area facilities, amenities such as the hot tub and restroom areas are managed by the building HOA and maintenance teams. Unfortunately, service interruptions can occur, and we understand how disappointing that can be during a stay. We will certainly pass along your concerns regarding communication about these amenities. Regarding parking access and security procedures, these are part of the building’s overall safety and access control system, which includes gated entry and bracelet identification for registered guests. While we understand this may feel unfamiliar compared to other properties, these measures are intended to enhance overall security for all guests and residents.
