Property was spacious, great storage, well laid out. Kevin and Jennifer were great as property managers....responsive and kind.The only negative of the property is the tile floors need a deep clean...spill anything and wipe it up and the cloth was black.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tide and True is a great location on the bottom floor with great ocean view from living area and master bedroom. It is as close as you can get to the stairs to the beach. It has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. We were even able to stay a couple of extra days. The smaller bedroom doesn’t have any ventilation but there are fans to help with that.

We sat on the patio every night and played scrabble. The only thing is air conditioning, even a wall one would have made it perfect. We had to sleep with all the doors wide open and the back room was a sauna. Everything else was amazing
