I truly appreciate your honest feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations in several areas. First, I apologize for any confusion about linens and paper products. While we do include that information in our rental details, I now see how it could be made clearer up front, and I’ll make immediate updates to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking. I’m also very sorry about the cleanliness issues you encountered. That is not the standard we strive to uphold. I’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team and will ensure a more thorough inspection process is in place moving forward — especially before families with young children arrive. Your comments about the condition of the furniture and the sparsely equipped kitchen are equally helpful. We’re in the process of refreshing the space, and your notes will directly guide some of those improvements. Thank you again for doing your part to leave the condo in good condition. I regret that you didn’t receive the check-out instructions — that’s on us, and I’ll review our communication system to prevent future lapses.
