Topsail Beach paradise at Serenity Point - steps from ocean, pool and sound

This cozy townhome sleeps up to 5 guests and is at the south end of Topsail Island at Serenity Point. There’s nothing beyond the deck but dunes, wildlife and ocean! You’re steps from the private beach access to the ocean, community pool, and calm waters of the sound.

This completely renovated home has 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft that kids and teens love (3 beds total). There are 2.5 baths, plus a large outdoor shower.

This area is loved for its wide quiet beaches, magical sunsets, starry nights, thriving nature, great shore fishing, and the gorgeous 2 mile walk around the “Point” (end of the island).

Most essentials, beach chairs and gear are supplied so it’s easy to be here! It’s a Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer. I’m the owner and do all the property management and communication to ensure it’s the best vacation.

Shared spaces:

The living room has a large comfortable couch, TV, a desk and plenty of your favorite games.

The back deck looks out to dunes and nature - relax here to the distant sound of waves with your morning coffee and share evening meals at the spacious outdoor table.

At the front of the house, a covered porch with rocking chairs gives you a break in the shade.

Sleeping spaces:

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, the hallway bedroom has a queen bed, and the open loft has a full bed. All beds are new and very comfortable with memory foam. The loft is really perfect for children who can climb a short ladder. (Not recommended for very young children or grandparents). We provide linens for the three beds, which are professionally laundered and put onto the beds. We have a pack and play crib (no sheets provided).

Bathrooms:

There are 2.5 newly renovated bathrooms plus a large outdoor shower. We provide 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. You'll need to bring your own beach towels.

Work spaces:

Two desks and fast 5G/2G wifi with boosters throughout the home. A third folding desk and chair are in the closet of the hallway bedroom.

Kitchen:

Enjoy our all new appliances in the fully stocked kitchen with most essentials provided (including basic spices, starter coffee supplies, teas, large crab boil pot, indoor electric grill, griddle, large roasting pan, blender, toaster, slow cooker, coffeepot, Keurig and French press, coffee grinder). We’ve installed a water purifier and provide reusable water bottles so there’s no need to buy jugs of filtered water.

Beach gear:

We provide beach chairs, a small cooler with ice packs, beach bags, beach wagon, boogie boards, kid beach toys, large beach blanket, bocce ball, and two sun shade/umbrellas. There's a hammock for naps!

Fun:

Plenty fun is to be had a few miles away at Topsail Beach center, from a retro arcade, putt putt and old school skating rink to a traditional NC seafood restaurant (Breezeway), two delis (Cora’s Deli and Larry’s Delique), three ice cream shops, a coffee shop/wine bar and an upscale restaurant with outdoor bar (Beach Shop and Grill). You can rent bikes and ocean rec equipment in town.

Streaming:

We have three new smart TVs in living room and each bedroom with streaming apps to log into your personal accounts. We do not have cable or local TV channels. (But you can smartcast to the TV from any app playing in your smartphone or laptop).

Other:

This townhome is a part of a two unit duplex, and this unit is side B. Strictly no pets or Emotional Support Animals are allowed to stay in or visit this property to keep it allergy free for guests and owners. No parties, and no smoking in or on property. For security purposes only, there are smart doorbells at the front and back doors, which turn on only when activated. Self checkin and keyless entry via our smart lock makes it easy and safe to access the home.

The neighborhood has its own private beach access with stairs. For a handicap-accessible ramp to the ocean, go to public access number 18 just outside our neighborhood. Access to the calm waters of the sound is equally close to the house (it has handicap-accessible entrance and is great for younger kids).

The community pool is just across from our house and is open Friday of Memorial Day through late September (tropical storm dependent).
