Welcome to "The Lighthouse," located on the Gulf-Shores of Cape San Blas, Florida. This recently built home was completed in May 2024. It boasts a 5710 square foot, four-story, Gulf-Front abode that can comfortably host 16 to 20 guests. The property features 7 bedrooms, 7 ensuite full bathrooms, and 3 half-bathrooms spread throughout.

The home is spacious and can comfortably host 3 to 4 families or groups of friends. Additionally, you'll enjoy a stunning Private Beach accessible only to renters and owners. A private walkway from the pool leads directly to the beach. The property also includes a private heated pool with an outdoor shower.

The ground floor is home to a theater room equipped with a 98" TV and a 4-Quad Surround Sound Speaker System, along with automated reclining leather seats for 7 people. The Game Room features automated reclining leather seats for 4, a Nintendo Switch with 4 Joy-Con controllers, and a PS5 with 2 controllers, both loaded with a variety of Family-Fun Party and Sports Games. The property also houses an Arcade Machine with 12 classic arcade games.
The fourth floor is dedicated to a luxury suite, a 3-person infrared sauna and a wet area with a shower and Jacuzzi tub for relaxation. This home is designed to be handicap accessible, making it easy to navigate in a wheelchair (though it does not meet ADA standards.)

We only provide beach towels. We do not provide any other types of beach equipment (Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.)

Please make proper arrangements to either bring your own beach equipment or rent them on the cape. We recommend any local rental service in the area if you are interested.

Pet Fee: $300 per Pet (Maximum of 2 Pets unless approved for more by request)
Pool Heating Fee: $350 per week (optional add-on, available upon request)

If you would like us to bring out 2 Queen air mattresses before your arrival day, we will make sure to put them in the rooms requested before you arrive.

You must comply with all terms outlined in the Rental Contract PET POLICY throughout your stay.
