Adjacent to the island is a custom made ergonomically smart kitchen table, that can seat eight, adjacent walkout doors to the balcony equipped with BBQ.
LIVING ROOM AREA:
A crowd favorite, and for good reason. Open concept with large windows providing endless natural light and water views, designed to keep conversations going with a large modular sectional facing two oversized sumptuous love seats, hardwood floors, plush area rug, coffee table, fireplace, and large HD TV.
BALCONY:
Includes a state of the art BBQ and a fire table that keeps this outside space enjoyable during the colder parts of the evening. Water, and park view. Seats up to 8 people comfortably

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Washer, dryer, prep sink, and supplies for washing.
BATHROOM:
Additional 2nd floor bathroom offers a bathtub, and ample counter space.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
The main guest room offers a queen sized bed and features its own private bathroom. The third bedroom on this floor is furnished with a bunk beds for children to enjoy.
BASEMENT LEVEL
Take a small flight of stairs to enter another great section of this luxury house. The open concept ground level floor opens onto the yard and water and can be appropriately considered the entertainment hub of the property featuring some amazing amenities and appointments, a âhome within a homeâ that can be rented independently upon request.

Two Victorian style sofas with ample seating face a fireplace and big screen TV that provides enhanced
entertainment immersion through a built in surround sound theatre system. A small workout area completes this space with an elliptical trainer. All of this overlooks the water with a wall of windows inviting both views and natural light.
MINI KITCHEN/ BAR AREA:
Includes an ice maker, popcorn maker, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, and three counter height stools seated along the bar. Additional storage is available for groceries and beverages in the fully equipped kitchen cabinets.
BATHROOM:
Rivals the impressive features of the master bedroom spa with a wide open concept that offers ample counter space and a luxurious shower experience provided by both a moveable shower head plus an overhead ârainâshower. A welcoming seating area invites an opportunity for mindfulness and relaxation. This bathroom opens up into our main bedroom granting privacy, ease and convenience.

Itâs said that being in touch with the great outdoors can be key to stress relief, or tranquility, so we designed our backyard to personify that. As you open the double doors of the ground level, you will be treated to a contemporary wicker patio furniture set. Plenty of yard space can be utilized for outdoor games. An enclosed trampoline with safety netting is available for children to play. The highlight of course is our elegant hot tub (water tested and cleaned regularly), which is slightly elevated to capture the views of the water while restoring your body in the healing nature of this warm massaging oasis
