INTERIOR - First floor: Open concept living room and modern kitchen, stocked with everything you'd need to reheat leftovers or cook a gourmet meal. The large glass sliding doors, blend the outside with the inside and make the perfect backdrop. There's an additional powder room and laundry area with a full size washer/dryer for added convenience. The first floor also features a bedroom, which is perfect for those wanting extra privacy and/or not wanting to go upstairs. There's a private bathroom, with a stand up shower, and a queen and twin bed. Second Floor: There are 3 additional bedrooms, all with an en-suite. At the top of the stairs you'll find an open floor area perfect for yoga, kids playing, etc., a desk, for those looking to log on, and we've added a "baby" gate for those looking to contain little ones. EXTERIOR: The living area flows directly to the outside, where you have your own private oasis.
