The living room, furnished with comfortable seating, allows you to unwind by the fireplace in a cozy atmosphere. A convenient half bath and a washer and dryer are also located on this level for your comfort.

Step out onto the main floor deck to find the inviting hot tub. Soak in the warm, bubbling waters while enjoying the panoramic mountain views. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax your muscles, and take in the natural beauty.

The top floor houses the first bedroom. The bedroom features a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep and an adjoining spacious bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventures. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on your private deck.

The bottom floor reveals the second bedroom, a haven of comfort and tranquility. This bedroom offers two king-size beds, a twin daybed, and a trundle bed, providing ample sleeping space for larger groups or families. It also features a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing light meals or snacks. A private bathroom is available on this level for everyone's comfort. The cozy fireplace on this floor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
