The refund that was ultimately issued was based on VRBO’s recommendation after reviewing the circumstances of the stay, and we’re sorry that our initial communication created a different expectation. Following your stay, the home underwent a full month of professional pest control and remediation, along with a thorough deep clean. We have continued monitoring the property since then to ensure the issue has been fully addressed and that the home meets the standard our guests should expect.
