Retreat to our basement game room and theater to play poker or classic arcade games. Our plush beds and spa like bathrooms invite you to recharge for the next day. Make a day in our backyard with a heated inground pool, grilling and firepit, or plan a day out with all that the Adironadacks has to offer. We’re minutes from hiking, boating, breweries and shopping, or explore further to Saratoga.

Relax and unwind in our brand-new wellness spa, designed for ultimate comfort and tranquility. For your safety and to maintain a clean, enjoyable experience for all guests, please do not eat, drink, or engage in any sexual activity in the spa. Any violation that results in contamination will require a full drain and deep cleaning of the spa, and a $400 Spa cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you for respecting our space and helping us keep it pristine for everyone.

We provide complimentary toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner, to enhance your stay. For extended visits, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional personal care items to ensure the utmost comfort.

If you are coming during winter or on snowy days, please consider driving a 4WD or AWD.

During the winter months, please note that the firepit and grill areas will not be shoveled or cleared of snow. While guests are welcome to use these amenities, access may be limited depending on snowfall. We recommend bringing appropriate winter gear if you plan to use these areas.

Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a family house, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with the respect you would show your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
As an insurance company requirement, we request all guests to provide government issued IDs prior to check in.

Electronic rental agreement is required prior to check-in.

Important Tax Notice (Effective March 1, 2025):
As of March 1, 2025, all guests are required to pay applicable sales and occupancy taxes. If VRBO has not added these charges to your booking, we are required to collect them directly for remittance to New York State and the Warren County Treasurer’s Office. The tax breakdown is as follows:

4% New York State Sales Tax

3% Warren County Sales Tax

4% Warren County Occupancy Tax
Total Guest Taxes: 11%
