A truly unique experience awaits you at this vintage oceanfront vacation cottage. Take a step back in time and experience Newport Beach's lost charm. With an oversized front patio, outfitted with lounge chairs, built-in BBQ and 180-degree coastal views, a perfect vacation awaits you at an affordable price. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Sofa, TV, Dining table w/ seating for 4
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Major appliances (no dishwasher); small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOM
- Queen Bed
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
BATHROOM:
- Step-in shower
LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
- Large beachfront patio ' Lounge chairs, additional seating, and built-in BBQ
-While the front patio is exclusive to this front cottage, the back/upper cottage of this duplex is allowed access to and from the beach/boardwalk using the front patio walkway and entry gate.
ALSO INCLUDED:
Wifi, 4 low-profile beach chairs; hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with personal toiletries)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
LAUNDRY:
Free shared facilities are in the rear patio closet. Guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
1-car parking in a single car garage ' small to mid-size vehicles only.
PETS:
Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
LOCATION:
Within immediate walking-distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer, shopping and fun in the Balboa Village area.
ALSO:
The back 2 bedroom/1 bath unit can also be rented simultaneously, when available.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
