Hollywood-Versteck, gemütlich/haustierfreundlich/Midtown/umzäunter Garten/Parkplatz

Thank you Michelle! As the owners of this VRBO, we always strive to provide great communication and value to our guests! We appreciate you choosing our home for your stay in Memphis.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that staying in an unfamiliar city can feel different from a suburban experience. Our home is located in Midtown Memphis, one of the city’s most popular areas for visitors due to its historic charm, local restaurants, entertainment, parks, and central location. Like many urban neighborhoods, some older homes have security features that are common throughout the area. Midtown is also experiencing significant revitalization, with many nearby homes being renovated. We respectfully note that the guest chose not to enter or inspect the property before leaving. Our home features exterior lighting, fenced private parking, and other amenities designed to help guests feel comfortable and secure. While neighborhood appearances can vary, our property should be evaluated on its own merits rather than surrounding homes. Across more than 300 stays on multiple platforms, we have never had a guest report feeling unsafe. Regarding the refund request, reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and the reservation was not canceled according to those terms. We encourage future guests to review the listing location carefully and reach out with any questions. Many guests choose Midtown specifically for its unique character and convenient access to Memphis attractions, and we are proud to share our home with travelers visiting the area.
