Really nice property in a very nice neighborhood of Memphis. Bonus it is 3 blocks from where my son lives. The owners were amazing, responsive and dealt with a couple minor issues we had immediately. Highly recommend this beatifully appointed property for your family’s or large group stay!

My extended family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Memphis Belle! Julie, the host, was extremely responsive to any questions or things we needed for the property. The home is in a very cute neighborhood near Downtown Memphis with great access to the area overall. We especially loved the Crosstown Concourse, which is a couple blocks' walk away from the property and has many outstanding dining options. We actually never cooked and ate almost all our meals there. The yard is great with a sparkling pool, newer hot tub, fire pit and many lounge/seating options. Tons of places for people to comfortably sleep with two kings and four queens total. The kids were on the arcade games most of the time. It was perfect for us and also a great value. Can not recommend this place and hosts highly enough.

Inside was great. Our boys loved the bunk beds and all the appliances/tvs/etc. were easy to work. Backyard was not in good shape maintenance wise. Weeds/grass areas were really high and kinda over taking the fire pit area. Hot Tub was nice but half the jets didn't work plus there were a lot of bees and wasps out. Overall, pleased with the stay. Close to a lot of good restaurants, zoo and other spots.

The host was great and responded in a timely manner and the issues were addressed. The signage for the address was missing so was a little hard to identify the correct house. The yard did need maintenance that was disappointing but wasn’t a show stopper. The chairs in the dinning room needed to be rolled with a lent brush and some had lose screws so didn’t feel that stable and a few of the throw pillows had stains. Overall was very pleased by the way the host attempted to resolve any issues so will look to give the place another try in the future solely based on the host. The rooms where spacious and everyone enjoyed themselves and the TVs where great glad they were in each bedroom and you can screen share which is very important to me so huge plus overall nice setup. There wasn’t enough pool towels so advise to bring your own.

LOVED the Memphis Belle! The accuracy of the description on line is exactly what we arrived to! Neighborhood? Wonderful! Noticed many younger residents walking their dogs, strolling babies, just enjoying the area. And this was also noticeable in the evening. Area was well lit up and felt safe at all times. I am familiar with Memphis; but you won’t walk the distance it would take to not feel safe. The house is situated in the middle of a great area. The home? PERFECT! Older historic home that has been updated with all the modern amenities without taking away the charm. The back yard area? I cant even describe how awesome it is! A long table for eating outside. A clean, new hot tub. The pool large, clean, and inviting. Plenty of areas for photo opportunities with your loved ones inside AND outside of the home. Playground area for the littles and a gas fire table with chairs and blankets surrounding it. All in all everything was perfect!
