The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, cabinet concealed dishwasher, high capacity refrigerator with water and ice, as well as a new gas stove top range and vent. The kitchen is stocked with bakeware, cookware, and serving ware for any of your culinary needs. To the left of the entrance is a full laundry and full-bath for convenience.
Second set of living room located right after the kitchen, a beautiful built-in bookshelf with 65" TV large flat screen 4K and fire place, this room includes a deep sectional and 2 swirling chairs.
Step down to the left of the living room is a large workout/game room area, 50" TV large flat screen 4K mount to the wall for workout routines or another place to relax and play some games.
Stepping right outside is fully screen in with 2 ceiling fan patio area. Comfort seats for gathering around whether to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or waiting for the outside grilling to finish.

Bedrooms:
The first level of the home has an 3 bedrooms, all mattresses in the house are cool top deep-pocket mattresses for the best night’s sleep.
-Master room with walk-in closet, king size bed and double vanity master bathroom, soaking tub and a large walk in shower.
-2 Queen bedroom down the hall on the other side of the house have a shared bathroom with tub and large vanity.

-Another queen bedrooms located upstair that is completely tucked away and have it’s own seating and work space.

Our fully fenced yard with games and friendly for travel pets to run around.


This space included oversized couch with chaise lounge, and many board game, and TVs through out the house.

We are pet-friendly, we only welcome dog at this time. The pet fee is $60/pet, max of 3 pet, please let the host know kind of dog will be there.
