We’re thrilled to hear that the spacious condo was a great fit for your group of 12 and that the fully equipped kitchen and the room with four twin beds worked well for your kids. It's wonderful to know that our communication and the convenience of having laundry in the unit made your stay even more comfortable. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pool location, lanai railings, and the parking and towel citations. We're sorry for any confusion and will work on making these details clearer for future guests. We do provide beach towels though in the home, so I am not quite sure how they were missed, our apologies about this. There is a closet right outside the home that has the beach equipment inside. Despite these minor issues, we're glad to hear you had a fantastic time and would stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back! Mahalo!
