**LIVING ROOM**
The downstairs living room has yet another a beautiful stone fireplace, a Notre Dame-themed bench, and a foosball table for your enjoyment.
**IRISH PUB ROOM**
After you walk past the living room, you enter a true Irish Pub right there in your basement!
The beautiful Notre Dame Stadium wallpaper takes up nearly the entire side wall, and it will make you feel like you are right there in the stadium.
The 85" theatre-style TV also grabs your attention in the back of the room, but before you reach that you will find a pool table and bar top.
The bar top is equipped with 4 stools and a beautiful mirror backdrop with shelves. If you are coming for a celebration, the bar will be perfect for you.
You will also find a sink and wine fridge in the bar top area.
Directly in front of the bar top is an L-shaped couch seated in front of the 85" TV.
To the left of the bar top, you will find another Smart TV over a poker table. And behind the poker table is a dart board!
**RUDY ROOM - DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
Next to the poker table, you will find the Rudy Room!
This room is the downstairs master bedroom, and it's exactly what you would think. A bedroom with a Rudy theme!
Enjoy the comfort of this large master and king-sized bed. But beware, if you are sleeping in this room, the party in the Irish Pub room may still be going on ;)
🌳 OUTDOORS:
**DRIVEWAY and GARAGE**
You can easily fit 4-5 cars in the driveway and another 2 cars in the garage. Due to the house being on a main road, we would not recommend parking on the street
**HOT TUB**
At the end of the driveway is a pergola with a 6-person hot tub. The pergola gives full privacy with optional privacy screens. There is also a fence between you and the neighbor. There is also a great 4-seater rock fire pit area as well. The fire pit is propane-powered.
If you are ready for the full Notre Dame experience, this is it!
