Vor kurzem renoviert und voll möbliert, bietet es komfortable Unterkünfte für bis zu 14 Personen und ist ideal für die Zeit mit Freunden oder der Familie in South Bend. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Queensize-Betten, 1 Doppelbett, 2 Doppel-Futons, ein bequemes Schlafsofa und zwei Sofas. Alle Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt und Küche komplett bestückt ist. Great place to stay in South Bend! The house is close to campus and Eddy Street restaurants and shops but is on a nice quiet street. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property for our annual Family Notre Dame football weekend!!!This home had everything we needed, fully equipped with all we needed… bedding, towels, full stocked kitchen!!!Lots of family space for gathering all of to watch the games before headed over to the stadium!! Tons of parking.What is it they say Location, Location, Location… this place has it all… walk to the campus, the Eddy, Trader Joe’s, and more!!!We will be back year after year!!!

Great location in S. Bend

We rented Diana's house for a family reunion. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location close to campus and downtown. We'd definitely stay there again for a future visit. Diana's very responsive and easy to work with.

Great location, great house

We stayed there for a roommate reunion and the location was perfect. The house was well equipped, spacious, and clean. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area and wanting to be close to Notre Dame. Smooth check-in process, host was attentive, and we had no problems at all. Very enjoyable.

Perfect Spot for ND

This is an excellent property. The location is perfect for Notre Dame. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and the house does all the things right that you want (and so many other houses get wrong) ... lots of towels, toilet paper, dishes, pots and pans (and all organized!), coffee filters, etc etc, and it was super clean. We will definitely stay again.

Notre Dame football weekend

This is the second time we have stayed with this property and we love it! It is perfect for our family. We had an incident with the heater and the owner was so responsive! Everything was fixed in a timely manner. Great house!
