Football weekend

We have stayed in this house several times over the past few years and always have a wonderful time. The kitchen is well appointed, the family room is comfortable; the dining room is perfect for our family dinner on Saturday after the game; the bedrooms are so cozy and the beds are nice; finally, the bathrooms are so well-stocked with towels! It’s always a seamless check-in and I appreciate the house manager reaching out to me to make sure everything is fine. Thanks!

Great location, great house

We stayed there for a roommate reunion and the location was perfect. The house was well equipped, spacious, and clean. Perfect Spot for ND

This is an excellent property. The location is perfect for Notre Dame. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and the house does all the things right that you want (and so many other houses get wrong) ... lots of towels, toilet paper, dishes, pots and pans (and all organized!), coffee filters, etc etc, and it was super clean. We will definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend - ideal location

Enjoyed our stay for graduation weekend. Four bedrooms and full bath upstairs, full bath on main level. Kitchen and baths are fully updated - very nice. The layout is great to have a group of people gather. When we had a question, the property manager responded right away and was great to work with. We walked to the stadium and the Joyce Center. Great location, CHARMING and well-appointed home

We stayed here for a few days to see our ND son. The home feels brand new and is decorated wonderfully. Even the sheets blankets and pillows were pretty and nice. There is no en-suite bathroom but the full bath is fairly close to the main floor bedroom. The two upstairs bedrooms require guests to use downstairs baths. There Is a half bath off the laundry room. The kitchen was Missing some minor items (since we were cooking every day) but I let the owner know and assume she will make it a more cook friendly kitchen. My one negative was there is no garbage disposal which is a pain in the neck when you are accustomed to having one. It would be a welcome And inexpensive upgrade for future guests. TV was new and big and nice. Washer dryer are brand new and performed well. Wi-Fi worked great. Home is 2 blocks from ND gates — a little over 1/2 mile to ND circle. Overall a very good stay — my suggestions are minor and they didn’t impact our time at this very charming home! Many thanks

Perfect location to Eddy street and ND campus!

4 couples rented the home to see Garth Brooks. Easy walk to the campus and being so close to Eddy street was great. Home was very well supplied, better than any VRBO I've stayed in - down to shampoo/conditioner and shower gel! I would stay here again. Owner and house manager were very easy to talk to and quick to respond.
