-Stunning 3 Bedroom monthly rental with pool Close to Airport/strip

LaToya booked this trip far in advance. She and I talked many time on the phone as she was planning their trip to Las Vegas. LaToya, her husband, brother and cousin drove from Kansas to attend a wedding and this was their first time visiting Las Vegas. I really enjoyed meeting them, I spent some time talking with all of them. We had a lots of laughs, great folks. They took very good care of the house. Everything was clean, they washed the towels, took out the garbage, and washed the dishes. Great guest to have in your home. I hope they will revisit Las Vegas and stay at our home.(Thank You) Merc

Sunny came to Las Vegas to celebrate her 30th birthday. She communicate very good. I got a chance to spend some time talking to the whole crew, very nice people. They took very good care of our home. They left me some ice cream, flowers and balloons. I thank you guys and I hope you will come back to stay with us again. Merc

John and his group came to stay with us for three weeks. I spend more time with them then I ever did with any guest. I learned a lot about their company and talking to the guys were great. John and I talked on the phone a few time before his trip to Las Vegas so I felt like I've known his when he arrived to Las Vegas. I hope they will return in the future. Thank you Merc

Lovita booked our home as a collage graduation gift for her son CJ. She and I stayed in touch during the process. When C.J and his other college buddies came to Las Vegas from Maryland I greeted them at the home. I spent time talking to them about their major and their future plans. They are very nice and respectful young men. The day they left I was there to see them off. They took very good care of our home. They took they garbage out, cleaned the dishes and made sure everything was in order before leaving for the airport. Thank you guy for taking good care of the home. You are always welcome back. Merc

Richard is a very nice and friendly person I had a fun time sharing stories with him. He came to Las Vegas to attend Seema Trade Show. Richard and his staff took very good care of the house. I really love meeting such happy people as Richard. He know he is always welcome back the next time he visits Las Vegas. Merc

I really enjoyed meeting Christopher. He is a very friendly person. We spent some time talking and he is a interesting person. He is well traveled and culturally diverse. Also, he is a great house keeper. I hope Christopher will return to stay with us . Thank you Merc

Antonio and I stayed in touch before their trip to Las Vegas. When they arrived to the home my wife and I were there to greet them. We chance to talk with the guys. I enjoyed have Amy and her family stay at our home. I had a good visit with them. They came to Las Vegas for the Monster Truck that was at Sam Boyd Stadium. I learned a lot about monster trucks from them. We had many laughs. They took very good care of the house, took out the garbage, washed the dishes, cleaned the counter tops and took the sheets off the beds. They help me get ready for my other guest who was arriving the same day that they were leaving (Thank you guys for your help). They are such a nice family I hope to see them again. Merc

I really enjoyed meeting Faissel his wife and brother. They came from LA to attend the KBIS Trade Show. His brother was visiting from Germany and helped him at the trade show. You will never meet such nice and polite people as this group. We spent time talking and to my surprise his brother spoke German so it was nice to talk in German. I know I have said in my reviews may times about how clean the guest left our home. But I would have to say that this group left the house beyond spotless. They really took great care of our home. They are always welcome back. They are great folks, thank you for giving me the chance to host you guys. Merc

Cheryl and her group came from Mississippi to see UNLV play Jackson. Cheryl and I had been in contact months before their arrival to Las Vegas. I had so much fun talking with the ladies. The six of them are excellent house keepers. They made the cleaning process faster because they had stripped all the beds, washed the dishes, took out the garbage and cleaned all the counter, thanks for the help. Marco and his group came to visit us from my home town Chicago. Marco kept in touch with me before and during they trip to Las Vegas. To my surprise they were all White Sox Fans, my kind of fans. I had a good time talking with all of them. They were very respectful in our home. They took very good care of the home and made sure that everything was in order before they departed. Nice guest. The berries fell from the tree in one corner of the pool. All one had to do is take the net and get the small amount that would fall from the tree out. The tree is no longer there.

Jan was such a pleasure to meet. Jan and I talked many time before she got to Las Vegas. She and other family members were planning a surprise 50th wedding anniversary for her brother. I never got the chance to meet the rest of her family but I'm sure all of them were as lovely as Jan. There were family members from all parts of the country. They had 40 people in this home and they took great care of it On the day that Jan left I could never tell that she stayed there. The house was spotless they had taken care or everything. WONDERFUL GUESTS! I'm looking forward to seeing Jan again. Thank you guys for taking great care of our home. Merc

Lourdes book our house four months in advance. Her communication was very good. When I met them I saw such a happy couple. They were very grateful. Their two sons and niece were respectful kids. The more I talked with them the more like them. They were fulled with joy. I always like to praised my guest on how nice and clean they left the house. But Lourdes and family went the extra mile. They did such an outstanding job in cleaning the house. They did not miss a thing, the toilets were cleaned, floors were swept and mopped, showers and glass door were cleaned, counters were shined, dishes were all cleaned, all the towels were washed and folded, and the garbage was taken out. They get 10 stars from me. (Thank you guys). Before they left we talk more, I felt like I have known them for a long time. Such great people. They had many kind words about their stay and it made me feel good being able to give them that home away from home. They were classy guest that I hope will revisit annually. It was great meeting Nancy and her family. Nancy booked my house back in January. We communicated back and forth, she's an excellent communicator. They were coming to Las Vegas to celebrate her son's 21st birthday. I met the family and everyone was very pleasant. I spent some time talking with them and I enjoyed the time. They took very good care of the house.The beds were neatly made, although I had to take everything off again to wash it. It was a nice thought they had.The dishes were all clean and put back in the proper place, counters were clean, garbage was taken out and everything was left in order. It's always good to host a family like Nancy's I'm looking forward to their return. Thank you guys for taking so good care of our home. Merc

Jennifer got in touch with me about a month before their trip to Las Vegas. They were coming from Minnesota and wanted to get a family trip in before the start of the school year. Her husband had always wanted to see the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. I was visiting my daughter who is stationed in Fort Riley at the time of their arrival to Las Vegas but Rachel was there to greet them when they arrived and to give them a tour and answer any questions. I got the chance to meet and talk with the family, what a beautifully family. They were filled with joy. They took excellent care or our home. They took all the garage out, cleaned and shined all the counters, washed all the dishes and stripped all the beds and started the washer that gave a head start on the cleaning of the home.
