Highly recommend this apartment. The only negative would be the very slow Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it’s in a great location close to 3 tube stations, very clean, and communication with the owner was excellent.

Nice flat in an excellent location. 20 minutes or less to all the sights. The beds were reasonably comfortable and 5 adults fit nicely.Our only negatives were a persistent musty smell from some kind of leak outside the master bathroom and us rural Americans not being used to small showers and limited hot water.

A clean & quiet place to rest.

The apartment is comfortable, clean & quiet. The Instruction Manuel is excellent. Every short term rental should have these. One thing that could help is better lighting in the bedrooms. Makes reading in bed easier. I will recommend this apartment to my friends & return if I get the chance.

Great location

After spending time in small hotels, it was nice to have some space to spread out. The Wi-Fi was slow but we didn’t spend much time at the apartment anyhow. It was a great location to get out and about and easy walking distance to things like Borough Market, Tower of London, Tate, and much more.

Communication was excellent and overall the property was enjoyable. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the place. The floors were not cleaned and the bed linens looked dirty. I did not complain though because we arrived at 11:25pm after traveling from the states and all of us were just ready to go to bed. Location was very convenient and we felt safe with our surroundings.

Family trip to London

Overall fantastic. Location is perfect, steps from Mansion house tube station that takes you to all attractions and 20 min walk from most attractions as well. St Paul’s is a great safe neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from too. Flat is quiet and spacious, our family of 4, including a 16 and 18 year old were quite comfortable. Only criticism is that the flat is tired and a bit shabby….needs new carpets, walls need to be painted, and furniture updated. But all was CLEAN which was most important to us! Great place to stay in London!!!

Spacious Apartment

My family of 4 stayed at this apartment over the holidays and enjoyed the extra space to spread out. The kitchen was a good size and well stocked which made it convenient for breakfasts. We loved the easy 15 minute walk to Borough Market where there were a lot of great food stalls and restaurants. Plus, convenient access to 2 tube stations and beautiful St. Paul's Cathedral. The host, John was responsive and as we arrived on an early flight, he kindly allowed us to drop off our bags in the apartment. As previously reviewed, some of the chairs were a bit worn but as we were on the go most of the time it wasn't a major issue.

Excellent Loaction to enjoy touring London

4 adults stayed here for 5 nights. The transportation service suggested by the owner was great, picked up at Heathrow and delivered to the apartment. The hosts assistant met us at the apartment for a brief tour and tutorial. The apartment has most of the things you need for a comfortable stay and eating in if you wish to, but it is located close to many wonderful foodie places! Highly recommend walking across the bridge to Borough Market and trying a few different things. Overall a wonderful stay and fantastic location for getting to the tube or walking around the city. The washer/dryer combo can be a bit tricky to figure out and doesnt always dry things completely, but there is a drying rack so we made use of it.

Great location. No so superior as advertised. Somewhat disappointed on arrival. Fresh bed linen and clean kitchen✅ Overall tired furnishings everywhere. Bed sags to almost falling out, on one side. Hard to sleep In the boat room. Drawers in the dresser without bottoms. Haha. Other bedroom, the bed is very low. Not great for new knees. Little to no room for a suitcase other than the floor. We were extremely happy with the location, we saw everything we could. We enjoyed London

Good location but tired property

In the pictures and description, it states “Luxury” apartment. Maybe my idea of luxury has a different description. Half of the curtain was off the wall and the other was almost falling down. Hence, no privacy on half the sliding door which looked out into other residents sliding doors. Holes in chair. Pillows were terrible. Carpet was stained in bedrooms and woodwork and walls in desperate need of repair and new paint. Overall, just sort of shabby. The location was good and it was quiet.

Shabby with great location

Conclusion: This place could be very nice with minor maintenance and better furniture. There is nothing major wrong with it. Pluses: Location is excellent (but should warn about the 49 steps up stairs to Mansion House tube station and elsewhere). (Should emphasize directly across the Thames from Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and within a block of the Millennium Bridge.) (Consider mentioning pub in building and restaurant next door on the river.) Size with two bedrooms, living room, and balcony. Two bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Washing machine with drying feature. Dishwasher works. Floor fans are helpful and effective (important without air conditioning). Dishes and flatware appear brand new. Negatives: Worn out furniture (stuffing showing, covered with blankets, finish coming off table, looks second hand). Cracked and broken tile with dirty grout in kitchen. Only one bath towel each. Enough body wash/shampoo for only one or two days Shower head support is loose and falls down. Shower hot water knob button falls off. Hot water in shower is barely enough for comfort, but elsewhere hot water seems fine. Toilet seat in the shower room is loose and has detached hinges. Sink in the hall bathroom drains slowly. No light on faces in either bathroom. Washing machine door is loose and not aligned. Entry lock and especially doorknob are very loose. Base boards need patching and paint. Floor fan legs are smashed and the fan wobbles as a result.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon gehen zum Atrium, in dem kleine Brunnen plätschern und eine unglaubliche Ruhe ausströmen, was nach einem Tag in der Stadt sehr erholsam ist. attention c est parti! * Systeme de chauffage en panne en plein mois de janvier -2 degres le soir. 4 petits radiateurs pour nous chauffer tout l appartement. donc sous dimensionné on a du faire un choix chauffer la salle bain ou le salon qui servait aussi de chambre. La panne ne date pas d hier vu la poussiere sur les petits chauffages d appoints quand on dit à l hote qu on a froid +aucune repons * Il faudrait penser à nettoyer l'interieur meubles de sdb.... poussiere cheveux * Graisser la porte de la sdb. elle fait un bruit à reveiller les morts; la nuit cela reveille toute la maison. * Pas de prise qui fonctionne dans les sdb donc obliger de se secher les cheveux dans le couloir... on est au top * Pas d eclairage non plus autour du miroir surement du aussi a un faux contact. la prochaine fois je viendrais avec ma caisse à outils mais cela fait beaucoup au prix ou l on paie. * Et l pompom: la veille on nous previent que personne ne sera la pour nous acceuillir il faut recupere les cles dans une superette à 10min à pied avec les valises = grosse galere. *Notre hote nous demande aussi de ne surtout rien demander au concierge de l immeuble = mais je vous rassure il ne vous dit meme pas bonjour ni meme vous explique comment ouvrir la porte alors qu il vous voit galerer.... cela n est ni sympa ni correcte. * Les portes de l'ascenseur sont restees bloque avec nous dedans.... bien qu on est sonné on attend encore qu on vienne nous aider... "aide toi et le ciel t aidera!!!!"
