We found the location to be excellent. Easy walking distance to many dozens of theaters and wonderful places to eat. We decided to actually walk most places, but the underground was extremely available right up the street.I would highly recommend this for both the location and cleanliness and the layout of the apartment

It’s very rare for a central London apt to have an elevator, washer, dryer and stand alone air conditioning unit(although we did not need it for our stay in August). A charming airy apt with high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We walked to most places including about 1 mile to Big Ben, buckingham palace, the British museum, covent garden and Chinatown. The one bathroom for the 5 of us worked out just fine. I can’t say enough good things about this location and comfortable accommodation. We hope to return to London and to this apt. again.

Fabulous Flat in the heart of everything!

Great apartment, very large for central London! Walking distance Romany of the sights and great tube line options close by. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the sights and theatres.

Weekend in Fantastic Location

Very clean and centrally located two bedroom apartment with elevator. Great quick communication with the host and easy and excellent check in instructions. We had a four night stay and loved all the restaurants, cafes, pubs and transportation walking distance from the apartment. On a busy road (which was close to everything), and being on the 5th floor kept the apartment quiet when the neighborhood was very active. Would stay again.

Great spot!

We were in London for 3 days before a cruise. Perfect location for sightseeing and going to a show on Friday night. Perfect spot! It is in the middle of the theater district so it can be loud if the windows are open but as long as the windows are closed it’s fine. Absolutely delightful and easy to access and use. Host was great. Would highly recommend!

Location and Space, an unbeatable combination!

The apartment affords the best location to explore the best of London. Everything is at your fingertips. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Lenn, our host, was very responsive, all in all would highly recommend this property. It made our first visit to London very memorable and a great experience :)

Perfect Spot

This is a great place to stay. It has a perfect position smack bang in the middle of the theatre district and close to so many iconic places - so much in walking distance. The flat is clean and a delight to stay in and well equipped with lovely touches added by the host. It's also remarkably quiet for such lively surroundings with only the creaky floor to disturb you but really that's the only negative which is saying a lot about how amazing this place is. It's great value for the money and I would definately book again.

The location of this apartment is fantastic for the West End. The host is extremely accommodating and provides great communication. We were so thankful to have stayed for a late check out on our last day, this made the world of difference to us. However, the apartment itself needs quite a few minor repairs, and although we managed for our 5 days, a longer stay may have been different. Overall, we had a positive experience, which included living right in the heart of all the action.

Amazing location

Great location. Almost directly across from the Harry Potter play and walkable to many tube stations and within 10 min walk of most shows and many landmarks. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. Would bring ear plugs/eye mask if light sleeper. Building is beautiful but older and lots of creaks and we could hear the upstairs neighbor moving around their apartment late in the night. The outside noise was not too bad with the windows closed. Very secure building. Two locked entrances. Great shower and space for sleeping 6 persons, the pull out bed was very comfortable. Great communication and easy instructions for checking in/out. We were able to check in a couple hours early which was incredibly helpful and appreciated.

Awesome location

First of all, we would stay here again if we returned. The area was awesome and close to so many attractions. The transportation system is great and the found that the buses were so efficient and provided city views for future stops. The beds were comfortable the bathroom was small but the fact that there are sinks in bedrooms made it great. The elevator was a big plus to get up and down. We finally got the locking and unlocking of the door down. The rooms were big bright and storage was good. Overall it was awesome. Oh, when the windows were open it was noisy. But the close them and noise was gone. Perfect restaurants and coffee shops close by and the shopping is at your fingertips! Perfect. Thank you Lenn for allowing us to keep our bags in the room until our Uber came. Wish we could have met you. Great direction for check in and out. Thanks for pictures for the check in!

This apartment is indeed the one and only place to stay in London! The welcome, Lenn and the team (Natasha mainly), the care, the service are all implacable. Lenn is just so proud of the apartment, and there are many good reasons for that, and he is willing to do everything you will enjoy your stay, and it works!! The location, the space, the comfort, the well-equipped kitchen with all generous supply there. The trees outside the windows are so romantic and enchanting. All is just perfect!! The location was excellent; it's near busses, trains, restaurants and coffee shops. The place is clean, cozy and has a great table for everyone in my family to gather around. It was great having the extra sinks in the bedrooms for a group of five people to get ready each day. The beds were comfy and the refrigerator was a great size. The check in and check out was easy because Lenn gave such great detailed directions. It truly was a perfect place to stay!

La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica. Il vero centro di Londra. L'appartamento è comodissimo ristrutturato molto bene e dotato di tutto quel che serve per vivere comodamente. La cucina è dotata di tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria e avevamo a disposizione diversi ingredienti di base per cucinare. Ottima anche la dotazione di sapone shampoo e creme corpo, mai vista una cosa simile. Lenn è stato un host sempre disponibile e puntuale in caso di necessità. Al nostro arrivo ci ha anche fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino in frigo!Unica cosa che cambierei è il letto a baldacchino perché scricchiola oggettivamente troppo ed è un po' piccolo In sintesi ci tornerei domani.

We had a great time in London. The property was located right in the thick of it, which is what we wanted. They stocked up on coffee for us and even left a bottle of prosecco. The unit is designed nicely and was a joy to come back to after a long day. The host was very responsive.I'm not very particular, but the property and experience fell short of expectations. We got pictures for check-in, but no written instructions until after we were lost. The VRBO map brings you to a location .6 miles away. I can forgive this because we were jetlagged and accompanied by a 5 and 7 year old. The door was extremely difficult to lock. I think I spent more time figuring it out than I did enjoying the city. We left it unlocked most of the time because it just wouldn't click. Not ideal! Eventually, the owner believed me and sent someone to fix it after we left. The bathroom temperature control knob is missing a part - not too hard to turn when its dry, but almost impossible when wet. Host said, "Just give it a turn," lol - like I have the grip strength of a 3-year-old. Lastly, the AC is in the hallway, so if you happen to be there during a heat wave, good luck. I would not return to this property. I am hoping for future renters that the Host spends some time here and fixes some of the things that have fallen by the wayside, and ensures a proper check-in process.

We enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment was in the perfect location to get around the city. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. We stayed during a heatwave and the ceiling fans and hallway ac helped cool down the rooms at night (except that back bedroom, but we put the extra fans in there and that helped). The washer and separate dryer were nice to have as we were able to wash clothes before the next leg of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The apartment was a great size for four adults. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, has everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect for the theatre trip we had planned, very close to everything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful apartment

Having never stayed in an apartment in London, this was fun! The door was almost hidden between two store, the two door entry, the elevator...all things we had never really experienced. The apartment itself was clean, modernized, yet retained old, original qualities like the flooring, in-room sinks, some windows and furniture. Well stocked cabinets with what I assume were 'leftovers' from previous guests. I actually appreciated that those items were not wasted by throwing them out. Furniture was comfy and we had room to spread out and have our own spaces. The neighborhood was bustling! Local bars and pubs stayed busy (and a bit loud) pretty late but you could shut that out by closing the windows. They blocked almost all the street noise. Access to underground, stores, attractions, and other neighborhoods was super easy. Just look the right way when crossing, lolWe would definitely stay here again if we visited London again. It was absolutely perfect!
