Not as described in booking. Nobody could sit on these as it was so uncomfortable needed at least pillows. Family sat in their bedrooms. Sitting room was not used

Enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Marble Arch and Hyde Park along with tube and bus stops. Lots of ethnic eateries on Edgware Road. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. The only item that really concerned us was the very limited bathroom space. That may may make it very difficult for those with special needs or disabilities.

The flat was great for 4 adults on a sightseeing trip to London. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. The flat was as described, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and only a short walk to the Marble Arch Tube Station. There are convenient stores, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and Patisserie all within a 2 minute walk. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Pros: Host was an excellent communicator. The apartment was just a few blocks from Hyde ParkCon’s: The apartment faces a very busy road that happens to be the main thoroughfare for ambulances going to the hospital with sirens on. Also, the people who live above are exceptionally heavy footed and when they are home it sounds like a herd of elephants overhead. The apartment has the potential to be lovely but has fallen into disrepair. The couch is damaged looking, there is debris stuck in the shag carpet, the walls have black scuff marks everywhere, the bathrooms are full of mold, stains on the floors and the windows are dirty inside and out. It’s time for a major refresh.

Amazing property, great location!

We loved our stay! The property was accurately listed, the management was fully engaged and available for communication, and the location was so easy to get around the city by foot, tube or train! Only thing to note, is the location is in the city so expect some noise.

Comfortable space

Place was as described. Large living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Don't make the same mistake we did- there are three different entrances to these apartments off this street, so if your key doesn't work, make sure you are entering the correct one. Overall great place to stay. Close to train stations.

Location, location, location!

The property was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the Marble Arch tube stop. And with a lift! All the beds were comfortable. It was nice to find a rental that had modern flooring instead of old carpet. The two bathrooms were small but not unexpected in an older building.

Great location and comfortable beds

We stayed in this unit with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location is amazing, close to the metro and several great restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. Since it is centrally located, the street can be noisy at times with sirens, so take note if you are looking for a quiet location. The main room is nice with a large couch and dining table. The appliances are new and the beds are comfy. We used the washer (there is not a dryer), but the drying rack works great. Only thing to note is that the bathroom in the master bedroom is very small and the shower is tiny. We mainly used the bathroom for the sink and toilet only. The apartment could also use a few towel bars. We would definitely stay again.

Good location a few blocks from Marble Arch and Oxford Street. It’s on a very busy and noisy street with many shisha cafes but also a Sainsburys and Tesco, the patisserie across the street is excellent. Also go to the Duke of York pub about 3 blocks. The oven and microwave were brand new as was the dishwasher, but the oven wasn’t hooked up yet. We did use the stovetop a couple times as it’s separate. There’s a small washing machine but no dryer, we used the drying rack and steam iron. The bathrooms are quite small as is typical in UK, and could use a detailed cleaning. No towel bars or any hooks so bring your own as we did, thanks to another review pointing this out. The property management MCR was extremely responsive so that was a plus. Be aware that these are flats that most tenants live in full time it’s not a group of serviced apartments.
