Entire home including two garages both with tesla chargers is available for your next desert vacation! Four Bedrooms are configured as follows: Primary bedroom features a king bed with large walk-in closet, 40" Vizio Smart TV, and a private sliding glass door exit way to the pool area. The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk-in dual rainfall shower with hand nozzle, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, 55” Samsung Smart TV, and ample closet space. Bedroom #3 feature two single beds with connector. Bedroom #2 and #3 are separated by a middle Bathroom #2 featuring a rain shower and double vanity sink. Half-bath in hallway by office/kitchen/living room. There is a dedicated office near the front door with a pull-out sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #4 is located in a private casita area outside of the main house. It consists of a queen bed, living room with 75” Samsung Smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa, piano (currently non-functioning), four chair breakfast table, kitchen with full fridge/sink/two island stools/coffee maker. Bathroom #3 is next to the casita’s bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. Casita can exit to the lawn area or the second garage which has been converted to a parking area with tesla electric car charger/ping-pong table game room. Pickle-ball court with moveable net resides right outside the casita’s garage area. Fruit trees to pick for morning juice surround the casita area landscape.

Strong home wide Wi-Fi Spectrum internet package at up to 500mbps internet is covered through the entire lot with the powerfully ranged EERO Wi-Fi system. Living room has a gas fireplace, ample seating, and a 75” Samsung Smart TV.

Beautiful outdoor pool/entertainment area features a 25 x 15 foot salt water pool (guest paid heating optional), BBQ, hammock, outdoor dining area for six, a 75” Samsung Smart TV, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a hammock, tree house with rope swing, rock climb wall, and pickle-ball court. Pickle-ball court includes two paddles and balls. Casita also features a foosball table and in the garage is a full size ping-pong table with paddles/balls. Casita garage also has a wall air conditioning unit for the warmer months. Spacious outdoor dining area with seating for six. Lounge chairs and cushioned seating for ultimate entertaining comfort and entertaining.

The pool can be heated to a maximum 86 degrees upon request at a charge $60/per day preferably requested and with payment made in advance. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.

Upgraded mid-century modern flared kitchen with gorgeous finishes and open to your amazing backyard view. Amenities include a toaster, microwave, blender, oven with warming tray, dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, drip coffee maker, and more. Pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, and silverware. All the fixings for your next delicious family meal. Other things to note:

- No Pets please.

- Post stay housekeeping is for five hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
