The home Features 5 bedrooms in total with bonus detached guest house that has its own private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. It has been newly remodeled with the most top quality items. All bedrooms have comfortable beds to fit all your needs and the best thing about this place, you will not find one like it.

💛Living room - offers 2 leather sofas with a 75” Smart TV, board games and a dining room table to enjoy a beautiful nice dinner together watching your favorite movie or sport games. As soon as you walk in- you will be like “ WOW”
💛 Backyard: Custom installed BBQ island that is surrounded by a large outdoor entertainment area, pebble tech bottom pool and spa with almost matured ficus trees all around the fence for privacy.

💛Master bedroom is large and has its own private sliding door leading to the backyard. It offers dual sink bathroom vanity for comfort and accessibility.
💛 The Detach casita offers its private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchenette perfect for two families traveling and want a private experience as well.
💛 Rooms- please Choose from King, Queen or two twin beds and feel right at home. Professionally cleaned by one of and the only top cleaning companies that specializes in Vacation rentals. You will have fresh linen, fresh towels and treat for those chocolate lovers .
💛Kitchen- My favorite place to be 😃 an opened concept that offers a window and able to look at the pool and spa directly from the kitchen. New stainless steel appliances and all stainless, white countertops and fully stocked kitchen
💛 This home features plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy, new tile in all bathrooms, vanity, mirrors and spacious showers

Full access to all property during your stay and any special request, please let me know and will be happy to accommodate.

Early check in or late checkout? I thought you’d never ask, absolutely YES! We offer early check in and late checkout for an additional fee, please let us know ahead of time to accommodate.

‼️No parties- we welcome all celebrations but loud music or parties will not be tolerated
‼️Extra guest, please disclose all guest arriving, we want to insure you have everything needed to entertain your guest.
‼️Smoking : $1,000 dollar smoke removal fee if smoke is detected after checkout
‼️Pool heat and Spa heat is non negotiable: if needed heated please note there’s an additional cost of $150 per day to heat pool and spa together
If you only want spa heated during the summer or winter and not pool, $50 dollar daily fee .
