Offered by Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals, this stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers breathtaking views and can accommodate up to six guests. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full beds. The property has been recently updated with granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms. Guests can enjoy comfortable furnishings, a washer & dryer, cable TV, and WIFI during their stay. The condo is conveniently located near shopping and entertainment options. The highlight of the property is the large private balcony that provides the best views of the beach, pool, and ocean. The gated complex offers secure parking, a hot tub, children's playground, tennis court, and more amenities for guests to enjoy.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #406 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

VayKLife is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass will be issued at the onsite office and it should be placed on the vehicle's dashbord as soon as possible.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is NOT included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

11. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will not allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.

The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.

Always a wonderful place to stay at.

Everything about the area is great. Condo is close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and places to shop. Condo has all of the amenities that anyone could possibly want. The owners are fantastic and dear friends. We will be back next year for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was just the right size for our family of 4. I enjoyed the fact that it was gated. It was a great view of the beach, ocean and pool. The pool was great because it was shaded by the afternoon sun. Loved that there were puzzles, as we had a storm go through and lost power for over a hour. The owners were great to work with. I could not get the Keurig to work (operator error I'm sure) So she brought me a new one right away. We will not spend time searching again for a new spot the next time we visit, we will definitely stay here!

406 is a beautifully decorated, inviting, and clean condo. It also has a great ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Great places to eat nearby. Rod & Rosa were fabulous hosts. Can’t ask for anything else. We highly recommend their condo for your South Padre Island stay!

Great Location, Great Condo!

Our stay was perfect! The location of the condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment, and the island grocery store. The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you need for your beach vacation! Communication was great and quick with BOVR and all my questions were answered. We will be returning to SPI and this condo.

Relaxation at its finest

This property was beautiful and offered us a perfect place to relax as a family. The beach was nice and the sand was soft. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the amenities offered. They were so quick to respond when we had no air. They immediately sent someone and it was fixed.

A perfect gathering spot for family fun on South Padre Island

Once again, Ocean Vista Towers 406 provided us with the perfect gathering spot for our annual family trip to South Padre Island. As usual Rod and Rosa are quick to respond to even the smallest issues or questions. The ocean view from the balcony is simply amazing and the unit directly overlooks the swimming pool and beach access so it's easy to check status on everyone's whereabouts. Once again, we rented a golf cart which made tootling around the island to check progress on sandcastles and the renovated Sea Turtle rescue space even more fun, especially for our granddaughter.

I am an island person born and grew up in Puerto Rico. Marriage brought me to Dallas area but my body and soul always pulled me towards the ocean. I chose South Padre Island because the beaches and the ocean are the best of Texas.

We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's the real oceanfront. Also, it i located in the center of the island where prectically a car is not needed. There’s a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place. The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
