This is some general information about the unit. The name of the building is: Condado del Mar. This unit is on the Penthouse floor overlooking the ocean.

This apartment is a duplex. The first level of the apartment has the kitchen, family room, one bedroom and a full bathroom and the second level has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and an open terrace overlooking the ocean.

As you plan what to bring on your upcoming trip, be aware that the unit has the following items:

* High Speed WIFI-Internet. It is fiber optic internet with a speed of 100 Mbps.
* Full Kitchen, including all cooking ware, plates and Utensils
* Air Conditioning and Water Heater

The building has: 24-hour security, a huge pool, tennis court and direct access to the beach. We also have a small convenience store in the lobby of the building. The pool is open daily from 8am to midnight.

This particular unit has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has three queen-sized beds and a full-sized bed.

The building is located right in the middle of Condado, which is the main tourist section of San Juan. It is where most of the hotels and restaurants are located. We also have a supermarket two blocks south, and both Walgreen’s and CVS are within walking distance. There is also within walking distance many of the hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars and entertainment. I sometimes go 5 or 6 days without using my car.
