It’s an exclusive and privileged location with a lot of space to be relax. Condado, the beach, great nightlife, groceries, theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, stores and more are at walking distance. Bus stop is one block.

Series like "Elena Santos" and the movie "Fragmentos de Amor" has been filmed in the my apartments.
This beautiful Art Deco apartment offers a big place so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment was renovated and has everything new: stove, 5 mini split/AC, 5 beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, stove, microwave, refrigerator, new and modern washer and dryer, cable TV and Netflix and many more things. FULL BACKUP GENERATOR.
If you stay here, you will enjoy a code access apartment building with a garage and a parking with roof, so you don't have to worry where you park your car or your rental car. The apartment offers a great view of Condado and a refreshing balcony were you can relax with your friends, family or your special one.
The apartment is on a third floor and the place doesn't have an elevator.
The place has five bedrooms with Mini split
AC. Three of the bedrooms have access to private bathroom with hot water and reserve water tank.

Overall, had a very good experience. Host communicated quickly and check-in process was smooth. This part of the review isn’t the host’s fault but after talking with friends the area around this location suffers from very low water pressure and at one point we had no running water. Again NOT the host’s fault. We were out of the apartment most of the afternoon and it did not impact our time there. Even with the water issue, I would stay there again. Clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great time in San Juan!
Balcony was the best spot to chill in the breeze!

We stayed at this property in March 2026 and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing and did not match what we expected based on the listing and prior reviews.There are several important things future guests should be aware of before booking:First, the unit is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. This was not disclosed in the listing, and carrying luggage up five flights of stairs was very difficult for our group. This should be clearly stated so guests can make an informed decision before booking.Second, there were ongoing issues with water pressure and hot water. Only one of the three showers had reliable hot water during our stay. The host acknowledged the issue and said it would be addressed, but it was not resolved while we were there.Most concerning, several members of our group developed numerous insect bites during the stay, which ultimately led us to leave the property early and move to a hotel. We documented the condition of the unit and notified both the host and Vrbo.Although we booked six nights, we were only able to stay two nights and had to pay for alternative accommodations for the remainder of our trip. Despite this, we received only a partial refund, which was very disappointing given the circumstances.To be fair, the host was responsive to messages and did try to offer access to another bathroom in a different unit, which we appreciated. However, the combination of the stairs, unresolved water issues, and the bite situ

Wonderful apartment! Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and lovely historic details. The location could not be better - close to many good restaurants, bars, and shops. The building is secure and quiet. Loved having a washer and dryer too. So easy to reach the beach and the Coliseum. Luis was the absolute best host. His communications allowed for easy check-in and he had many terrific recommendations. He responded quickly whenever I had a question. So friendly, welcoming and professional.

Nice location

Loved it!

It’s the Perfect place for a family or a group of friends! It’s nice that everyone has their own bedrooms and there are plenty of bathrooms. The location is nice too and the terrence is the best part!

We had a nice vacation

We spent 12 days in San Juan and found this property to be in an ideal location with all that we wanted to do. The many bedrooms were nice as was the open dining room area and the kitchen. We also had three bathrooms which was nice for our college-age daughters. It was also great to have a parking spot in a gated area, though we didn't really need the car because we were close to the beach, many restaurants, downtown shopping and two large art museums.

Christmas in San Juan

We absolutely loved our Christmas stay at Luis's gorgeous apartment. Because things are a little quiet over Christmas, it was important for us to have a nice place we could have a good time in. It was spacious, clean, luxurious. It felt like we were living in a movie set! We loved the art all around the apartment. The views from the lovely balcony were beautiful. Luis gave us great recommendations for things to do within walking distance, and a cab ride or car ride away. A big perk was that the apartment has parking -- because parking is very tough around San Juan. Another plus was that the Walmart and some Asian groceries were a short walk away. We cooked some simple meals in the kitchen and took advantage of the laundry machine. Anyone considering Luis's apartment shouldn't hesitate - its a winner and we very much hope to go back!
