Brand new studio located only 7-10 mins to downtown Nashville, BNA, and many of the city's top attractions including Broadway, Top Golf, & Country Music Hall of Fame! We cant wait to host your getaway to Music City!



It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked.



*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

Guests will have full private access. Management will be available if needed.

We are conveniently located only 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the airport. There are also several parks and green spaces nearby, including Cumberland River Greenway, Hadley Park, and Centennial Park, which offer opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area.



Other Things to Note:

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
