Perfect one bedroom condo.

The Cozy Coffee Corner was a perfect one bedroom for our quick overnight trip to Nashville. It’s in a developing part of town, but very close to all of the fun things in town. The condo itself was very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Great location

Location was great, short Uber ride to most Nashville destinations. Condo was super clean and host was more than attentive. We would recommend this property to everyone who likes a quiet place to stay.

Fantastic spot

This place was a perfect location to visit all the spots in Nashville and surrounding areas. We had everything we needed and had great communication and a really easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Cozy spot just minutes from downtown Nashville

The cozy coffee corner was such a nice little place to stay for a long weekend in Nashville. Outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to make travel easy. The property manager is super responsive and helpful.

Perfect Little Hideaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s perfect for a couple. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Its location is perfect and only a short 8 to 10 minute drive to downtown and other attractions. The area was very quiet, and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Anniversary celebration

Cutest little place! Cozy, clean, sheik and comfy. Loved the coffee setup so much that I didn’t even purchase from Starbucks during our stay! Short drive to Nissan Stadium and an inexpensive Uber ride to/from the neon lights of Broadway. Five stars. We will be back!

Great stay on the south side

The condo was great. It was extremely clean, updated, and perfect little spot. The bed was comfortable (very important to me). The location was good, we were about 15min to all of our locations (Geodis Park and Green Hill Mall). The desk area was great for the time I had to spend working. I would definitely recommend the spot, especially if you’re not trying to be in the middle of the city.

Clean and comfortable!

Had a little trouble getting the key out of the lockbox, but owner responded immediately and problem was resolved. The VRBO was very clean & comfortable. Somewhat small and no outside space, but we were only there to sleep. Close drive to Broadway. The coffee varieties available in the morning was a unique touch!

Great space!!

This is a perfect space for a couple! Small but has every detail thought out. The bed maybe the comfiest Ive ever slept in!!! We had one minor issue with the key pad and the manager answered us at late hours and resolved it in minutes! 10/10!

Great location and room

Upon arrival, I struggled to get the key lockbox opened. Owners were notified and called to help. Once that was figured out it was easy moving forward. Inside was clean and as described on VRBO. The bed is extremely comfy. This location is within a 10 to 20 monute drive to everything we went to see. Would definitely go back.

Clean, Lovely Property!

My fiance' and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Coffee Lover's property! Adrienne and her husband were both highly communicative and helpful. The location was incredibly convenient to downtown, as we had a few events to attend that weekend. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the property itself, is that the surrounding area felt slightly unsafe. We did not experience any threatening issues, just an observation we both made. Ultimately, we would stay again, as everything else was perfect!

Perfect stay for a quick trip to Nashville!

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for two nights, and Adrienne’s space was perfect for us! It was clean, updated with modern touches, and well organized with extras like the huge coffee selection! The space was perfect for two people. The building is interesting! Former business office spaces converted to condos. Location was very quiet and safe, near a school. We were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go (downtown to Nissan Stadium to Vanderbilt) within about 10-15 minutes. Adrienne’s communication was the best! Everything was laid out from the get-go, we had contact information, and she checked in with us before/during/after our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Neighborhood is a bit rough

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. I didn’t realize that the bedroom didn’t have a door which made daytime sleeping on my nightshifts a bit bright. The entire front of the apartment is windows, including the front door. They are covered with blinds, though, which helps. There is no elevator to this second floor apartment so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty sketchy. The manager was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Thanks for your review, Malina! The neighborhood outside of our community is in development however we’ve never experienced any safety concerns or have heard of any issues. While there’s not an elevator, there is a ramp just around the corner from the stairs. We have this image along with the other pictures of the property setup and layout on the listing. I’ll be sure to highlight the ramp access as part of the information e-mail that goes out to guests. Appreciate the feedback!

Cute, chic, comfy bed!

Rental was VERY clean - I'd even say spotless! Bed was extremely comfortable! The flat is small, but updated, modern, well organized & functional. Kitchen is spacious & well-equipped to prepare meals. We didn't hear noise from neighboring units through walls, though occasional outside noise by passersby/traffic could be heard due to the full window wall (minimally disruptive). Host was quick to respond w/ communication & saved us a great hassle due to a grocery delivery issue, which she coordinated while we were landing! Property grounds itself felt safe, although not secured by a closed gate/patrolled by security. Location is central to the city & surrounding areas. Surrounding area (couple miles from the unit) is not necessarily considered the best, also verified by my friend who lives in Nash - but wouldn't allow that to stop us from staying again. The only concern was there were no knives available for meal prep - only steak/butter knives & a cute small guitar-shaped cutting board – adequate only for cutting cheese/mincing garlic. I communicated w/ host, was told anything available would be in the drawer. Responded there were only steak/butter knives; received no addt’l follow up/resolution. Went out & purchased a cheap knife set & normal-sized cutting board, which the host reimbursed for when requested - I consider the issue resolved. I wouldn’t necessarily allow this to prevent me from staying again, as I’d know what to expect, but it did take unplanned time/effort.
