Perfectly situated within quiet residential neighborhood, this home is just a short walk from the beach, a quick stroll to local restaurants and shops, and easy access to the freeway to provide convenience and ideal accommodations. Just a step inside the home and be greeted by our grand chef's style kitchen complete with upgraded high-end appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your culinary creations. Dine indoors or take the party outside to the incredible outdoor areas, where you can grill up your favorite barbecue recipes and dine al fresco under the San Diego sunshine. From trendy boutiques to eclectic eateries, you'll find endless opportunities for entertainment and adventure right at your doorstep. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, artisanal coffee, or craft cocktails, you'll find it all within walking distance of our Missouri Beach Home.

- We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
