From indoor to outdoor, you'll experience the perfect combination of coastal chic with modern amenities from every level. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space for all of your culinary creations. The outdoor areas have been thoughtfully designed to create the ultimate open concept, entertainer's dream lifestyle. This modern coastal beach home has everything you need to create your own personal paradise.

This is a three story home with multiple sets of stairs.
The third floor bedroom is converted loft and does not have a door.
The roof deck fireplace is inoperable
This home does not have a direct entry access from the garage.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This home is located in Pacific Beach, bordering La Jolla and Mission Beach neighborhoods. Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestionsâwe truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved.
