Diese gerĂ€umige Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sumpf aus jedem Fenster. Jedes Zimmer wurde renoviert. Es gibt ein großes neues Bad, eine neue KĂŒche und Teppichböden. Die großen Schlafzimmer haben einen herrlichen Meerblick. Sie betreten von einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den ruhigen Sumpf. Das Familienzimmer mĂŒndet direkt in die helle WohnkĂŒche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster). Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher, WiFi, DVD-Player und ein Schlafsofa fĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche GĂ€ste (Apartment fĂŒr 6 Personen sehr bequem). Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das zweite ein Full-Size-Bett. Es gibt viel Platz fĂŒr ein Kinderbett oder ein tragbares Kinderbett fĂŒr ein kleines Kind. Es ist nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und ĂŒber einen öffentlichen Weg (Nr. 2) direkt ĂŒber die Straße zu erreichen. Dies ist eine Einheit im zweiten Stock in einem Haus mit zwei Einheiten. Our second stay in this apartment (and third at this property - stayed downstairs the first year). We love the location - beach right across the street, short walk to shops/arcade on Mile Road. Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back.

No rain could dampen our enjoyment staying here.

It is a lovely place and worked out great. Because my mom is 86 and the stairs were hard; we basically ate take out from A few of the area restaurants, drank wine and played cards. There is a nice view of the ocean from the bedrooms.

Loved our stay in Wells!

David and his wife, Rebecca, went out of their way to make sure we were totally at home. We so enjoyed our time in Wells. Their cute place is perfect - across from the beach, so clean, bed is very comfy, and the space is exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely come stay again!

Perfect beach location

Great stay! Loved have the beach right across the road. Could see the beach out the front and the marsh out the back. Parking is tight, but follow the instructions and you will be fine. Owner was very helpful and communicative!

Perfect location for a beach getaway, directly across from access to the beach. Best suited for a party of (4). Beds were comfortable. Linens are not directly provided and it would be helpful for this to be more specifically stated in the listening and lease agreement. Marathon stay

We stayed for the Wells marathon and it was an ideal location, within walking distance of the start line. The property was as described and the kids loved being across the road from the beach. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area, but it would make a good base for exploring this part of the Maine coast. The host was also very helpful in responding to all of my questions.

Slice of heaven

The space was perfect for my husband and I, w/ 2 queen beds and a king pull out couch, this space could certainly accommodate more, but we loved the space. Kitchen was fully stocked which we were grateful for. Nothing like falling asleep to the crash of the waves or watch the sunset on the marsh side. Absolutely loved this space and will be back! So close to the beach, short walk down to the gift shops, we couldn’t ask for more. Do make sure you bring your own linens!

We had such a great stay. We had friends in the downstairs and we were upstairs. As advertised close to everything and seconds from the ocean. The wagon needs a little work the tire is coming off from so much use but it was an unexpected happy bonus to have toys and a wagon to use!!

Location is amazing! You cross the road and you are on the beach! The property itself is nice and has everything you’d need and expect in a vacation rental. It was very clean and well presented. My only complaint is the beds are really hard and uncomfortable and it made for a tough nights sleep. Otherwise the place was great and we would definitely come back!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My family and I have vacationed in Wells Beach for countless summers. We rented over a dozen different properties. All the properties we rented required us to pack all our beach gear in the car, fight the traffic and cross our fingers we would find a parking spot. If we could find a spot, it was often the typical $10/day. Then we would load all of 'beach gear' on our shoulders and make the walk to the beach. At times it was frustrating. Bathroom breaks were always an adventure. When we decided to purchase a home in Wells, we wanted to be right by the ocean. 80 Atlantic was perfect. It had a crosswalk at the end of the driveway for the kids and direct access to Public Way # 2. (No walking up or down Atlantic Ave to reach the nearest Public Way). Bathroom calls were no longer a problem and anything we forgot to bring with us was just across the street. 80 Atlantic is also extremely close to Wells Beach 'Center'. If you want a newspaper or a snack, the convenience store is right there. If the kids want to go to the arcade or get an ice cream its just a short walk. On top of all this, our home has Maine marsh views from the back and ocean views from the front.

So close to the beach, yet without the huge price tag of an on beach rental. The house is a short drive from specialty shopping in either Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. The Maine Kittery Outlets are just down the highway from Wells. Mini golf is available in Wells and a public transportation trolley can take you all over town.
