Please Note:
This home receives water via a well. It is perfectly safe to drink, but will taste a bit different if you're used to city water. If the power goes out, you will also be without water until the power is restored. 
This home has a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper and natural waste. Flushing other items, such as feminine products or baby wipes, can result in the septic backing up into the house. No one likes poo in the shower, so please be careful what you flush!
Due to the country setting, it is common to see various critters such as deer, raccoons, mice, squirrels, opossums, ants, spiders, bees, etc. Be sure to keep the doors closed so the wildlife does not welcome itself inside. Though pest control comes regularly, if you notice any critters inside, please let us know right away.
