Piazza della Famiglia: This European-style piazza serves as the heart of Little Italy, featuring a beautiful, tiled fountain and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. It's a popular spot for dining and community events.



India Street: Known for its array of Italian restaurants, bakeries, and shops, India Street is the main thoroughfare through Little Italy where you can find authentic Italian cuisine and imported goods.

Getting Around:

Leave the car behind! Our loft is just a 10-minute walk from the Santa Fe Depot, offering access to trolley lines and commuter trains. Whether it's exploring UC San Diego or heading downtown, public transit is readily available. This unit does NOT come with a parking spot. For those driving, there is street parking available. Please note that parking may be difficult to find at times, due to the nature of the busy city area.



There’s also an overnight parking lot on the corner of Ash St and Kettner Blvd that charges $20 for 12 hours or $35 for 24 hours, which we recommend.



Other Things to Note:

🔨 Construction Notice – Work across the street from 7 am–7 pm may cause some daytime noise

🧺 Laundry – Full-size washer & dryer in-unit; laundry detergent provided 🧼

🚦 Urban Sound – Lively downtown area; not ideal if you want complete quiet

🌿 Patio Maintenance – Gardeners visit weekly

📏 Property Size – Approximately 740 sq ft
