*PARKING: The house has a Private Garage that fit up to 4 cars, 2 under roof, 2 outside, and it is also allowed to park on the edges of the street, without blocking the driveway or garage of other houses.

The home is located in the beautiful and quite community of The Enclaves, that is just minutes from the main avenue and the highway that connects all of Orlando, this upscale residence is brand new and offers the perfect vacation destination, with endless opportunities for fun and adventure at your fingertips.

The community, although it is a private community, does not have a private gate, so the Check-In process is quite simple and friendly, the house has a private garage, in the covered garage you can park 2 cars, and on the outside of the Garage you can park 2 more cars, the residence also allows parking on the edges of the street, without touching the grass or covering the entrance of another house.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional supplies, such as:

• (1) Roll of paper towel in the kitchen.
• (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.
