Please note that the access to Reunion’s Water Park is NOT INCLUDED in this rental, but you will have included access to other amazing areas throughout the community such as the CDD Amenities which include the following:

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Reunion Resort houses is conducted weekly on Wednesday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

PARKING
1. For the single family homes: Vehicles must park in garage and driveways. If they park on the road, it can only be on the approved side.
2. Roads are owned by the county and the police do ticket if parked on the no parking zones or if blocking fire hydrants.
3. For Heritage Crossing – vehicles must park in a parking space in the community.
4. Parking is first come first served, there is no reserve parking.
5. Security will issue a pass to everyone at the main entrance.

CLUBHOUSE
6. Guests have access to the 7 resort pools
7. Guests don ́t have access to members area that includes: golf club, water park and tennis court.
8. There ́s a card to access the clubhouse and pools in an acrylic box next to the property main door.

TRASH
• MONDAY / THURSDAY / SATURDAY: TRASH ONLY (BLACK CONTAINER)
• FRIDAY: RECYCLE ONLY (GREEN CONTAINER)
9. Trash must be placed at the curb or in the end of drive.
10. Trash must be placed in a SOLID CONTAINER WITH A LID ALL times when placed out for pick up.
11. When not in use or after trash pickup, trash and recycle containers must be concealed from public view inside the garage or at the back of the unit.
12. If containers are left out for 24 hours after trash or recycling pickup, they will be removed, and a fine of $200 will be applied for each day of violation.
13. Please make sure to separate your garbage accordingly and place them in the correct bin.
14. Make sure your garbage is properly disposed of in black plastic garbage bags.
15. On the day of check-out, please do not place the bin at the curb. The cleaning staff will be responsible for putting the trash at the curb and then collecting the bin.
