A fun filled modern/rustic home with 4 bedroom’s , 2 baths corner lot with a pool in a highly desirable area. Entering the front door, you are welcomed into the main living area with an open floor plan. There are plenty of windows with natural sunlight throughout the house. The house is freshly painted and all floors have been replaced with beautiful modern flooring. Kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of dishes, mixing bowls, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. A blender, coffee maker, toaster and waffle iron and dishwasher is also included for your convenience.

For your entertainment, we have a Pool table located in the family entertainment room where all the family fun happens. A Foosball table set up in the main living area when you first walk in. A Pac-Man machine set up in the first bedroom with classic games. In the garage you will find an Air Hockey table amd a indoor Basketball Arcade. We have a kid friendly Darts game located in the kids bedroom. We also have board games, such as Checkers, Chess, Connect Four, Dominos, and Jinga. So much fun for the whole family to enjoy together!
25 minutes from Disney and major parks! Close to Providence Golf Club. 40 minute drive from Orlando airport. Publix grocery store is conveniently located right outside The community. Walmart, Lowes, Marshall’s, Ross, Burlington, 5 Below and many more popular stores are just about a 10-15 minute drive along us27.

Private screened in pool with patio furniture.Optional heated pool available upon request for an additional fee. Pool heat must be requested 72 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill available at no charge. However, guest are responsible for obtaining their own gas during their stay. Grill must be cleaned after use. Grill cleaning service can be requested in advance.
