Das professionell gereinigt Wohnung ist eine große 2-Geschichte, 1800 Quadratfuß Eigentum und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, zentrale Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Küche voll beladen. High-Speed-Internetzugang zur Verfügung steht. Die Gäste können Kabel-TV in allen Zimmern mit großem Bildschirm HDTV im Wohnzimmer genießen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große, ebenerdige zweiten Master-Schlafzimmer-Einheit, zugänglich für ältere, behinderte oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die untere Ebene Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Vollbad und sperrt von der oberen Einheit für mehr Privatsphäre ab.

The host for the property provided great communication from beginning to end of my stay. I loved the location of the home and the home itself . It was clean comfy and enjoyed my stay. Family enjoyed our stay and everyone was comfortable as there was plenty of space. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and beach. It was clean, very spacious and accommodated our entire party easily. Amit was very responsive through the entire process, answering questions as quickly as possible. Having a washer and dryer in the unit and parking for 3 vehicles was also very convenient. The only negative comments we could offer is that is nice to have sheets, towels etc. provided where we are staying and trash removal being included even for weekend/short stay renters. This was the first time we needed to bring our own bedding, etc. and we ended up having to bring 3 large bags of trash home with us so that we didn't have to waste our time finding the local waste facility and waiting in line to get rid of it. Regardless, we would absolutely rent this place again - it is a very nice property and in a great location!

Amit's property was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. It was spacious, accommodating our adult children with their girlfriends, and the private room downstairs was perfect for my father to get away at times for some quiet time. Amit was very responsive throughout the whole process, answering our questions quickly. The cart in the garage was a huge bonus, as well as the beach chairs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The only negative I could say was that it is nice to have the sheets and towels provided at the place we are staying at. This was the first time we needed to bring our own. It took a little more planning, and we still forgot hand towels, dishtowels, and extra pillowcases. However, we would absolutely rent this place again; it is beautiful and in a great location.

Great house, great spot

Great location near the boardwalk. Less than 3 blocks away from the boardwalk and you're close to Morey's Pier. Great amenities and love the separate bedroom on another floor that provides additional privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with items for all your cooking pleasures. The only issue was that the freezer wasn't working before our stay, but ultimately worked after it got defrosted. Great stay overall!

Fun stay at Wildwood in the middle of activity

Our family of ten enjoyed a week together at this condo. The condo provided us with the space we needed near the boardwalk and beach. The condo is clean and spacious. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable, as the couches have no support. Otherwise, great place.

The location is convenient. But we ask for the owner to provide sheets & towels , even if if we had to pay additional money cause we were on a motorcycle. He said he would. When we got there no sheets or pillow cases.

Great property in an awesome location

This place was great! Exactly as advertised and included all comforts of living. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was a pleasure to cook every day — the knives were sharp and the pots and pans in excellent condition (great in-tact non-stick coating! You know these kinds of things can be a guessing game with rentals)! The beds were comfortable and the internet was fast with good wifi reception throughout the house. We also really appreciated access to half of the garage for storing beach equipment and one car. The balcony was also great for breakfast and evening relaxation!

Very nice unit!

We booked a Saturday to Saturday for four adults and three teenagers. I was very happy the owner touched base with me the day before we were scheduled to arrive, once we checked in, and reminded us throughout the week of trash pickup. Having rented condos in other states, I know pictures can be deceiving but, this place is as spacious as it seems. Good water pressure, lovely balcony, lots of room for all seven of us. The unit is very close to the boardwalk where we walked to get ice cream every day. A definite recommendation.

The bed distribution was different from the posting but managed to work. Lots of combos to remember and rules of the house and neighborhood, etc. Did not see many others in neighborhood follow rules we were told were neighborhood rules. Many people outside after 11 and 12 laughing and talking.

The check in process was smooth and organized. Amit was always available to answer questions although not many were necessary. Our condo rental was very clean, comfortable and in the center of everything. My family and I. including grandchildren were able to walk to most destinations even though we had the convenience of three parking spaces. This is a modern spacious home with all the amenities we needed for our vacation. We hope to return again to this very nice reasonably priced option.

Our family has spent a week in Wildwood for several consecutive summers, and this was the best rental we have stayed in during that stretch - even before considering the proximity to the local attractions.The bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated, as were the common areas. There were plenty of amenities for three families, and the sleeping areas were sufficiently separated that adults could find quiet spaces away from playing children.The location is an incredible amenity on top of this - easy walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. We have stayed in rentals which required our family to drive to attractions, and we would definitely find it difficult to return to that having stayed so close.We would absolutely choose this location again for our next stay.

Just got back from a lovely family vacation. This is a very spacious condo that easily fit 8 of us. There are two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. This is especially useful if someone in your party likes more quiet/privacy or wants to go to bed earlier; we gave the grandparents the downstairs master bedroom and then they weren't bothered by anyone who wanted to stay up a bit later. The decor is a bit dated in some rooms but more importantly everything was clean. Condo had everything you might need including a washer and dryer, multiple closets, and a decent sized balcony where we enjoyed relaxing and eating breakfast. Location is super- you are just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. Garage is shared with another unit but is quite large; we fit in two cars. The owner, Amit, is very responsive to questions and helped us out. I'd happily stay here again. Thank you, Amit!
